Great customer support

Price point is very fair considering the many features included in their platform that is very helpful for new online sellers like myself, Customer support handled my recent billing request in a timely and considerate manner.

I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with Threecolts and their customer support team.

While the software itself looks powerful and useful, it ended up being a bit too expensive for me right now as a smaller seller. I had intended to cancel before my trial ended but missed the timing and was charged.

I reached out to support, and they were extremely understanding and responsive. They quickly helped cancel my subscription and issued a refund without any hassle.

That level of customer service really stood out to me. Even though I’m not using the software at the moment, I would definitely consider coming back in the future as my business grows.

Overall, great support and a professional experience.

Save your money and time

Save your money and time. This software is a complete waste now. They don’t offer what they contractually tell you they offer. Creating shipments in Inventor Lab is a waste time with all the errors. The account is always off and incorrect. It’s been a constant stream of issues since 3Colts took over and it’s just getting
worse.

They also are offering people a $50.00 card or a free month to leave positive reviews. I’m pretty sure the FTC would consider that deceptive advertising.

Your reply that you don’t offer gift cards for reviews is blatant lie.

Amazon introduced a policy called DD+7 which results in payments being deferred until the delivery date plus 7 days. We track accounting information based on this, however; all data is synced based on Amazon reports.

Tech insights yes, but always strong business insights

The team at three colts are really knowledgeable and set me up brilliantly. Do not hesitate to begin a subscription. I have been in touch with Amanda and the team and have piece of mind that they will be there to support me in my business as I move forward with questions. She even gave insights into repricing opportunities, an area that is a secondary topic but important to my business. The email they sent me was everything I needed to know about using the product, but also included insights that help me process my business goals as well. Highly recommended! M
