I had a really positive experience with Threecolts and their customer support team.
While the software itself looks powerful and useful, it ended up being a bit too expensive for me right now as a smaller seller. I had intended to cancel before my trial ended but missed the timing and was charged.
I reached out to support, and they were extremely understanding and responsive. They quickly helped cancel my subscription and issued a refund without any hassle.
That level of customer service really stood out to me. Even though I’m not using the software at the moment, I would definitely consider coming back in the future as my business grows.
Overall, great support and a professional experience.

Save your money and time. This software is a complete waste now. They don’t offer what they contractually tell you they offer. Creating shipments in Inventor Lab is a waste time with all the errors. The account is always off and incorrect. It’s been a constant stream of issues since 3Colts took over and it’s just getting
worse.
They also are offering people a $50.00 card or a free month to leave positive reviews. I’m pretty sure the FTC would consider that deceptive advertising.
