This is not my first time ordering T-shirts and hoodies from this site, and I have always been very satisfied with the quality. The products are consistently well-made, and the printing is excellent.

What I also appreciate is their customer service. If there is ever an issue with an order, they inform you very quickly and work to resolve it as fast as possible. Communication is always clear and professional.

Overall, I highly recommend this site for anyone looking for quality apparel and reliable service. I will definitely continue ordering from them in the future.

Ordered 5 custom tees, noticed after purchasing that one of the pictures had moved forward blocking another picture. Trying to contact the company to get this fixed is a nightmare - emailed 3 times as I didn't want the tee to go to production before it was fixed. Still no response, I tried facebook messenger which uses AI and stopped replying halfway through almost being able to rectify the issue.

No phone number to call and I'm out $170. Hopefully I can get a response from here. Order 1046312

I’ve ordered from Threadheads many times and have been happy with every purchase. I ordered a custom tee and when they felt it wouldn’t look right, they reached out to confirm and helped me pick what would work with my design.

Need to come here and write a review as ordered 3 T-shirts from here now, 2 last year and 1 this year for a convention and got the T-shirts customised. They wash amazing, don’t bobble and are really good quality material. Can absolutely recommend! The delivery is good too always arrives within a few weeks with good communication.

I didn't notice that I was ordering a custom T-shirt from Australia till I re-looked at the confirmation email. I am in the UK. However it didn't take too long and fortunately the recipient is very easy-going. He should receive it next week. The fabric and printed photographic design from my collection were both great. The website was easy to use.
Communications were also great, once I'd established it was an Australian company. They are quick to respond tp emails and generally reassuring. Thanks.

They communicate really well. I didn’t pick up my parcel in time and they still want to send it to me which I really appreciate.

I purchased a custom tee for myself and partner. Upon ordering, I realised that I had added the item in the wrong sizing. I reached out to customer support who responded so quickly and with a level of compassion that I've not seen in retail before.
Not only did I receive the items I ordered, but they also sent my item in the correct sizing at no extra cost! Instead of destroying a perfectly good tee, they included it in my package for me to love anyway. This level of customer service goes a long way and shows their heart is in it for all the right reasons and not just for profit.
I recently stumbled across a pair of their socks in one of my local stores also. The quality, incredible! They're so soft and warm, I was honestly shocked.
All the products wash up incredibly well. There's been no piling, no fading, no discolouration and I've owned them for over a month now!
Support a local business, you wont be disappointed!

Says socks are 'one-size-fits-all' but are actually size 8-11. I am a size 5 so they're absolutely huge. Says it's for 'hygiene reasons' but that makes no sense if they will still accept a return for store credit (and they are unopened). The socks look cream on the website too and are more brown in person. Waste of money, time, and energy.

Amazing quality. We bought a few customised items. Kids designed a tshirt for their dad. The creation process was fun and they were besides themselves when they saw the end product in person. Delivery timeframe as estimated with quick response to customer query.

I initially ordered from this company on the 14th April 2026. And advised due to high demand the shipping and arrival time was roughly 8-10 working days.
By 4th May 2026, I reached out to Threadheads to track my order. They advised my address was incomplete so weren’t able to send out the order. I advised that the address was correct. They they responded that the item was out of stock. When checking the website, it shows as in stock and also thought this company prided themselves on made to order? So how does that work? They had acknowledged that they were unable to complete the order so offered me a refund of either store credit or back to my original payment method. Before I had a chance to reply, they sent a follow up email stating they had refunded me with store credit without my consent and not what I wanted. I have since had all emails ignored and appear to be refusing to return my money.
I am deeply concerned that this company is a scam.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!

Customer service is very fast and effective. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
