They have a Trustpilot image during checkout that says they have five stars based on "over 10,000 happy customers." Here, on the site itself it says they have 2.3 based on 60 reviews. Just that alone is a dishonest business practice and a sign that they can't be trusted. They claim to be a small business, but how would a small business receive 10,000 orders to begin with?

Their website also said they offer free shipping for three or more items, but then it wasn't free during checkout.

I saw an instagram ad and ordered without first looking at reviews and was worried that the 3 shirts I ordered would be low quality. They are not EXTREMELY high quality shirts and are a bit overpriced (should maybe be like £10 less) but im generally happy. The material is decent and they are heavyweight (ordered large) Delivery took about a week

Terrible experience. Only received tracking after a week and a half when I filed a pay pal dispute. When I reached out to them I received an automated response with no info. T shirts arrived today. 2 of them are legit horrible quality prints. 1 is poor resolution. The other is actually fine. Do not buy from this company. Waste of money. I'm not going to bother to attempt to return them as I'm sure that process would take months. I'll wear them to work. F-

Don’t fall for the fake 5 star reviews. These a super poor quality T-Shirts. Not heavy weight and the printing is so bad it makes a mockery of the pictures on the website. The print feels like it has been painted on and guarantee it will come off in the first wash. I’ve asked to return for a refund as these guys have failed in selling items that represent their advertising.

Order placed on March 7 2026. Shipping label created on March 16. USPS received shipment on March 17. Estimated delivery date March 23.

I don't typically leave feedback, but I am extremely disappointed in the lengthy delay of my order shipping as it will not arrive in time for a trip, which was the entire reason for purchasing the items.

Their site said items ship in 1-2 days and take 5 days to arrive. Well, my order will arrive in 16 days. I would not have ordered the items if I had known that the delivery would take over 2 weeks. The vendor should be transparent with their shipping capabilities rather than deceptive.

Very slow shipping!! I should’ve learned my lesson the first time I ordered and it took two weeks to ship! This time I paid extra and here we are a week and a half and not so much as a shipment notification! I’ve emailed 3 times now and only one automated response other than that silence!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Overpriced for HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

It was actually my fault for ordering a t-shirt from this shop. I received no goods, and everything was already paid for, including customs clearance to Germany. After several emails, each with a 5-day processing time, and after two months, they sent me a voucher and then only refunded half the amount I paid. I do not recommend them.

I read the reviews and I must admit I was nervous - I was honestly getting ready to cancel the transaction - but the communication was regular and the T-Shirt arrived no problemo - so thanks! Love my Akira T-Shirt :-)

Horrible! Will never buy anything from this shop again. The service is shit. It took over a month to send a T-shirt from Sydney to Newcastle. I asked for the order to be cancelled in 5 different emails. They ignore the request then send me a response a day after the item was sent. Never again. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Poor cheap quality t shirts. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before I ordered. I read up afterwards then immediately emailed to ask to cancel my order, got a reply the day my items were delivered (1 week later, how convient). received today and exactly what I'd read about. Poor quality items that barely fit the sizing and could be sold at primark

I ordered a top and it was way too big (the website didn’t say it was in Men’s sizes) so I ordered a return through their website, sent it back and 3 months later am still waiting on the smaller size to be sent to me.
Every time I’ve contacted them they keep telling me they haven’t received the return. It’s an absolute ripoff and total joke…and now that I’ve seen these other reviews, I’m not surprised!

Trash quality. Cheap af trash faded prints (not vintage looking just cheap looking) says its heavyweight its light like a t shirt u sleep with. Overzised? Its skin tight

Placed an order, didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks, they then tried to dispute the PayPal refund.

Ordered a large t-shirt and received a shirt that was nearly two sizes too big. I washed it, hoping it would shrink, but nope. When I asked about returns, the best they could do was refund my money, sans original postage or the postage of shipping it back to them. All around terrible return policy. Go elsewhere.

Another good sign the website is a scam is the mention in their returns policy that they “aren’t a scam business”.

I ordered T-shirts through the website. I went with their size chart and it suggested a medium this being slightly oversized. In fact they were way too small so I wanted to return them on the return portal. It states they have not been delivered but they are sat in my lounge at home. This company has not responded to any of my emails five being in total absolute disgrace there are plenty of companies out there that offer these vintage T-shirts at a good price. I would avoid them like the plague very poor company indeed I am stuck with these T-shirts now I will end up giving them to my daughters very very disappointed

Easily, the worst online clothing company going around. Pathetic service, Pathetic lead times, just absolute crap
