Great visit
Had a lovely visit to the clinic in Birmingham, where I have previously been having laser but had my first microneedling. The therapist was very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable and at ease. Would recommend trying the treatments that are on offer.

Having lived in a few different countries, I have been to dozens of laser hair removal clinics and have encountered varying results. Thérapie is a top tier operation, providing excellent and consistent service to their clients. The clinic is very clean, and the machine more hygienic and much more efficient than many of the other laser machines. I highly recommend.

Love these guys .... I've had botox three times since 2024 the brand they use is amazing as it lasts 5-6 months for me , the staff incredibly helpful too and my doctor is so honest and helpful too he doesn't push treatments you don't need nor products . Highly recommended 👌

Very efficient. My appointment started bang on time. The therapist went over safety questions and explained the procedure. She was very professional but also friendly. I was advised on after care and booking the next appointment was really easy.

I am writing to share my honest experience with Thérapie Clinic. I purchased a treatment package upfront, but unfortunately, I faced recurring issues with last-minute appointment cancellations, often occurring the night before a scheduled visit.
Laser treatments require consistency to be effective, and due to these constant, last-minute cancellations, I was unable to complete my sessions consecutively as required to achieve good results.
Beyond the practical issues, the experience felt entirely hostile and purely transactional, with no human touch or care for the customer. Had a team member taken the time to call or offer a genuine apology instead of sending generic emails, I might have been more understanding of the situation. However, I felt the way this was handled was entirely dismissive.
When I initially sought a resolution for the services that were not provided, I was told they have a "no refunds" policy. It was only after I escalated the matter through my bank that they offered me store credits. In my view, this is not an acceptable way to treat a customer who has paid for a service that they haven't received. I felt I had no choice but to escalate this through my bank to resolve the matter.
I would urge anyone else in a similar position to remember that you have legal consumer rights when a merchant fails to provide the service you paid for. If you are being treated this way, I strongly suggest raising a chargeback with your bank. Do not accept "no" as an answer when you haven't received what you paid for.
