I visited the clinic in Lakeside for laser treatment
I visited the clinic in Lakeside. I was anxious as some treatments are awkward even feelings of embarrassment for laser treatments bur from the beginning the girls were welcoming, every technician put me at ease and in fact were totally professional. I am particularly anxious but every time was made to feel at ease. The girls there really are superstars. I always leave smiling.

The staff are very welcoming & friendly.
The clinicians offer expert advice and well tell you if a treatment is not suitable for your skin and offer an alturnative.

Trustworthy and professional
Mark is very thorough and takes time to examine you and listens to your concerns and preferences for treatment. He has an excellent understanding of muscle formation and explains why lines are developing in certain areas. After marking the areas of need and gently injecting the areas, he then shows you exactly where he has injected and why. To ensure the treatment is effective, a follow up is booked to fully examine the area and top ups are an option for areas as required. I am really happy with this service and feel confident with the treatment application, which is important especially for those who are nervous to try this treatment.
