This company has supplied my shop with there products for over a year never had any problems with there product or delivery the owner all ways helps you were he can. The product is a good quality raw and sells its self in my shop

All 3 of my dogs absolutely love dog food expert. I’ve been using this company for over 6 months. The food is good quality and a great price point. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I have tried several others but they don’t match the quality of Dog food expert.

Poor quality food and poor service, but at least they're consistent.
First order wasn't what I ordered, but I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt and wasn't unhappy to feed it.
Subsequent orders either failed to arrive, were missing products or were wrong orders, or the meat was discoloured with a foul smell so was binned. Tripe is not an appropriately equal alternative to 'complete' foods, and I'm still waiting on a refund for food that didn't arrive six months ago, despite multiple attempts to contact...
It appears the company changed hands, so perhaps new management are lacking knowledge of animal nutrition and the skills to run the business effectively.
Unfortunately for them, there are a plenty of other choices out there.

What I will say is the communication is terrible at times and the next day delivery is not also hit and miss that’s something they can work on
I do agree that there needs to be some sort of admin change, but overall they’re a good company and I’ve never had any money stolen on order and not received

It’s not fair to make reviews that are going to damage peoples businesses from unreal statements they they’re frozen meat products are reasonably priced also and good quality my dogs eat every last mouthful every time and are healthy with shiny coats

Awful - took 3 days to ship leaving us completely out of food - zero replies to multiple emails , calls , voicemails - food arrived half defrosted , split open with blood anywhere - my dog who eats anything spat it out and refuse to eat it , smelt terrible. Threw it all in the bin - BE WARNED !

I am so disappointed with this dog food-ordered for both mine and my daughter’s dogs in bulk.
It smells disgusting looks disgusting and neither dog will eat it!!

I have ordered from this company on two occasions now and on both occasions have experienced a level of service one can only describe as deplorable.

If you are looking for “fast delivery” as they advertise, don’t be fooled, neither be fooled by the excuses that the goods were damaged by the courier and had to be returned !

There are plenty raw food suppliers these days, from my experiences (TWICE) walk right past this one, you WILL be disappointed.

Twice it hasn’t turned up and this second time we have been completely ghosted. No returned emails, no calls answered, no voicemails returned. We have been without food for days at a time and had to continually purchase food from the shop in hopes it would come the next day but doesn’t. Not good on the bank and certainly not good for my dog having to change food to a lesser option. Dog food expert? More like experts in messing up your dogs diet. AVOID.

Ordered from this company twice. First time the order never turned up and they had to send out another batch. Took almost a week from the order date to receive the package.

The second order arrived on time but the food was clearly off. The smell from the defrosted food was horrendous and had clearly gone bad.

I've fed my dog a raw diet for 5 years and used various food suppliers and NONE have ever smelled as bad as that.

It was so bad we had to stop feeding it to our dog as it was not agreeing with her.

I've subsequently sent TWO emails to the company to try and resolve the matter and they have ignored me. Terrible customer service and clearly they are not capable of providing a decent service or product on a consistent bases

I ordered the 10k chicken box for my dog I was pleasantly surprised how quick it got to me. The packaging was great, not too much polystyrene just enough to keep it frozen.
My dog loves it and I have just put in my 2nd order.
Great product and price

Ordered the 10kg mixed box for my Labrador to try out last week, received a text message from DPD the following morning with my time slot. Unfortunately I was in work so I requested for them to leave it in my safe place at around 1pm. Got home at 4pm and opened the delivery, the food was still frozen and there was a great mixture of flavours, my boy loves it! Will definitely be using this company from now on and highly recommend!
