I have used Middleton raw dog foods for the past 3yrs+ they have always been extremely reliable .
Always extremely well packed and kept frozen throughout this year's lovely hot weather.
I've tried other distributors every time I keep coming back to Middleton price the quality loves it variation and wrapping of the food

I have a greyhound and doberman X both of whom have been fed on raw food for several years. In recent weeks following a bulk delivery from this company via Amazon, both have had diarrhoea and one has vomited. After removing the food and feeding only chicken & rice all is well, after putting them back on this food the problems start again. Will be ditching the food and buying elsewhere. Expensive mistake.

Ive been using Middleton for 2 years. I switched to them as my previous supplier was so unreliable. Their Raw frozen product has always come out speedily and has been consistent in quality. I'm writing a review as I had a recent issue which was resolved incredibly quickly by them which warranted 5 stars for customer service.

I've been using Middleton's chicken and veg chubs for a few years now for our GSD. Not had any problems in quality or delivery, always arrives frozen solid. Last delivery was a little late, that was the first time that happened, food still frozen though.

Ordered 12kg chicken cat food, was expecting it to be a bit soft as I live on the Isle of Wight but arrived frozen solid and was at home all day in the hall.

Good value, fast delivery. Used for several years now. Would recommend.

Cannot fault Middleton Raw Dog foods in any shape or form - they are absolutely brilliant. Such good value for money and postage is free!!! They even let you apply a discount code to every single order, postage is usually here within two days. Thank you so much, I recommend them to everyone I know!

I have been using Middleton's raw dog food for many years and I cannot fault the quality of the meat judging by the waggy tails and excitement at dinner times from my two German shepherds.
The only problems I have had (not many of them) is with deliveries. It all started when Middleton's used DHL sometimes instead of the normal DPD deliveries who were excellent. All the deliveries that were made using DHL were late and had partially or fully defrosted meat delivered. Not good. But Middleton's always reimbursed me in a timely manor and also acknowledged that they were having problems with this company. I hope they continue with DPD or always deliver the meet the next day.

Terrible customer service.
Never replied to messages left.
Ordered food a few times.
1 order Never arrived so we gave then another chance and then the last time the carrier decided not to deliver next so we called and said we were at work and cannot be delivered now.
They told us not to worry and we would order for the weekend. The order arrived the next day split and stinking, left messages but again no reply, no refund and no food. Not worth the risk.

Absolutely discussed at the company. I've wrote 3 freindly emails saying it's not acceptable to deliver raw food 4 days after it left them. I get the fact that it's a delivery problem but what I don't get is that there has been no help or correspondence from the company when something goes wrong. I've even addressed one to the manager and still no reply. They say they take complaints seriously well they don't answer any complaints. Still waiting for money back.

Good quality and variety of raw dog feeds as well as dried treats. Fast delivery well packaged and reasonably priced. My shepherd loves it. Clean bowls all round.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I attempted to call to which I was told they were busy. I then arrived at the reception to a rude member of staff who had no clue what complete raw dog food was. I asked him if I could see the packet to check myself. He told me he was busy and pointed to customers behind me, he had no clue about raw dog food.the customers behind me also left

Excellent service provided by Ash at Middleton Raw. Fast delivery, good product and great communication. I have bought my dogs' food from them for several years and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been using Middleton Raw Dog food for about four years now. In ask that time I've only had three issues, all with delivery. In reach occasion they have reached out to me and offered me an alternative and never left me out of pocket. I cannot speak highly enough of their service. As to the dog food my two love the duck complete and never complain about it. Plus the chicken feet, tripe sticks and pigs ears are always gobbledb up with relish. 😁👍😍

Been a good customer for a good while but the delivery service is shockingly bad resulting in most of my recent order's arriving in smashed polystyrene boxes and defrosted meat. Won't be ordering again.

Ive been ordering this dog food for about 6 months now for my picky raw eating Dachshunds. They never leave any of this food to spare, bowls always clean! They love the chicken and veg its a firm favourite. The delivery is fast, secure and ive never had fault. I ordered at 12:22 yesterday and it was despatched before 1pm and delivered today at 10am. Thankyou so much middleton raw wont go anywhere else and just recently had a litter and 3 of my puppies are also going to a middleton raw diet at there new homes as I recommend it so much.

Every delivery I have has in the hot weather has been perfect.
No issues at all.
Really impressed.
Fresh chicken from new website for human consumption is the best quality chicken I have ever used.
No shrinkage, fresh, brilliant size. Packaging again was amazing.

I have been using Middleton raw dogg food for about 2 yrs roughly and the quality has always been brilliant but the last maybe 6 month's the delivery by DPD (i have complained to Middleton) has been horrible leaving my parcel outside my front door and driving away before we have even got to the door (my front door is on the main street) so they dont know whether we have had it or someone else has stolen it. The boxes are completely smashed so food has started to defrost the packaging today was not even sealed. I emailed Middleton who just said they will speak to DPD.I will never order from them again.
