Worst Service i have placed two orders 13 days ago the have cancelled the one order and i haven't yet received the refund amount.
they didn't yet dispatch the second order. poor service

The worst service I ever seen I ordered from them two weeks ago and they didn't shipped the order after two weeks....the only website providing the worst service..

Scam company. Never pay in advance through card. They never deliver products. They have no customer support. You cannot talk to anyone after placing an order.

I ordered redmi earbuds from telemart when i open them right bud not working i send tham back for exchange but they not exchanging some times sent msg payment declined by bank if payment declined then how they send me first

Worst Experience.
They get the payment online but then they say that the payment is declined by the bank.
Although bank statement shows the transfer of money to telemart account.
They ask to contact the bank

Also, they block the person and the credentials don’t work any longer.

i have ordered xiaomi piston basic handfree with the discount of 50% by paying through the zindigi wallet.
well somehow there was a glitch in the website which was showing the amount 350/- but they collected the amount 749/- when i entered the and now they are not even confirming my order nor agreeing for the refund they just telling me to contact my bank for refund because telemart didn't recieve my amount.

service is so slow. My two prepaid orders are on hold for more than a week. Really poor customer service. They dont have a valid number to talk to a spokesperson. Pathetic process of complaint registration. They reply once a day and tell me that will be update by evening. By evening no body replies. Worst expierence of any site for paying more than 1.5Lac. Its better to order from daraz. Atleast they respond to queries. I would say if you can have a wait for more than 1 month then order from them. Because they wont ever deliver i time even while taking shipping charges.

Terrible experience, It's more than 10 days now but I yet not receive my shipment. The order is still in process. I already pay them using my CC. They keep delaying it. I highly recommend not using the service.

I have ordered a mobile and made online payment on 7th September. They cancelled my order on same date and said the refund will be done in 10 working days. Till date there is no refund. I am planning to go to consumer court for this issue. I request everyone who is sufferer of telemart to contact me on 03009634155 so we can take action against this online scamming website. Sometimes over confidence can destroy you. This is the case with telemart who are over confident that they are untouchable and can scam anyone or do anything with hard earned money of people

The only reason I am giving a 1 star rating is because I can't go lower than this. This is the worst experience I have had ordering online. Ordered a 65W charger on the 25th of September and paid for it the next day(big mistake) and I still have no news of the order.

Customer service is non existent. There is no phone to contact them on. I raised two tickets on their complaint dashboard and each time I got the exact same response. It feels like that response is computer generated because every word was exactly the same with the same mistakes. I don't think the staff knows where exactly the order is and they have just been instructed to send the same message to all clients who have paid in advance to wait.

Never ordering from them again and will never recommend anyone to order either.

Hello i am abdul salam. I have ordered a oneplus ace pro phone and oneplus earbuds. Total worth 2 lacs 31thousand. I paid through bank. And it's been 7 days. The order is still in process and helpline num is going off. There is no answer of texts/tickets/emails.

I have ordered Infinix hot 11s and paid with credit card, they did not deliver my order even after 15 days, and still after 9 months they did not deliver or refund my money, they have blocked me from every where.

I ordered once from telemart and they didn't deliver my order and there is no proper way to contact them you can only submit a ticket and i submitted 6-7 tickets when they were not delivering my product then i initiated for return and now after more than two weeks of order cancellation i m still waiting for my refund so don't buy from them in any case there are many other trusted websites like daraz or samaan.pk

Not once but it has been twice now that I have been scamed by Telemart. I have lost a total of over 15,000Rs. They take the payment then send fake/damaged products and don't even refund when it is their fault.

I've order Lenovo LP40 Pro EarBuds on 12 Aug 2022 in 75% VISA Card Sale,
But stil my order is in processing,
No one answers on Emails, WhatsApp, Messenger, even Landline Number is Not recognized by the system.

The item was delivered after a long time and now the wireless headphones are not charging.
TeleMart is waste of money and time.

I ordered an earbuds and it’s been 7-8 days i don’t have any update of it. I only got email that your order is processed 5 days before.
Contacting again and again on there whatsapp and messenger. The guy named Samad isn’t giving any kind of response.
I’m the guy who is so used to online shopping and became customer of multiple companies, this was my first order from telemart and this is the worst i can say.
There is no value of customer today they said your parcel is shipped via LCS. I’m asking for tracking details again and again neither i got any message nor email.
When i tried to contact on their helpline number i got to know there number is not listed. Like I don’t know how to deal with this so called pak largest tech store.
Please help me someone. Give me email or anything of co-founder so i can contact him.

I've just placed my order and according to them, 25% discount was applicable on VISA cards. I got no such discount and now that I've made my payment online, I'm not sure if I feel secure about it. Should have just ordered from Daraz.pk.

Beware, not to pay in advance if you order anything above Rs. 10,000. You'll never get your money back and they will not issue you a refund as promised. Happened with me and they are not picking phone calls, not replying emails or tickets.

This company is on its mission to earn HARAM and they are rightly doing that. Would regret ordering anything online and stay away from this fraudulent and scam company called "Telemart".

Don't believe their brand reputation as its self obsessed paid marketing with interlinking to other brands to endorse them for money/gifts.

I had a really bad experience and customer support is actually absent.

Till this day after 30 days (more than 15 business days), I'm waiting for my money to get REFUNDED which I think they won't. Ordered headphones worth 43k and they cannot fulfil the order due to unavailability. And later they are not refunding my money, which was made via Bank transfer.

It's not worth it for me to file a case in consumer protection court. Otherwise, I'd have taken you there.

***Update***
I was finally able to get my money back after 2 months, however it only happened once I was able to contact the co-founder of the company. He was nice enough to reply my email within 2 minutes and asked the finance team to refund my money. But, to my surprise, the finance team even didn't respond to his email. So, I had to email again after 18 hours and finally did receive my money. So, I would say that the co-founders are good people but the people under them are poor professionals and don't care about customers. I would avoid purchasing online and especially paying in advance. You never know you might have to wait for months to get your money back.

Terrible experience, been 14 days for a simple delivery. The phone is in stock and was a gift for my dad which I wanted to give him before he goes on a trip. The phone never arrived and money is with them.
No customer service, no replies to my emails, nothing whatsoever! Avoid this place at all costs! REFUND ME MY MONEY!
