Excellent experience from start to finish. From being able to visit and visualise the sheds and walk inside, to the delivery and construction, the company were very professional. I'm delighted with the end product and although the wait for it to be built was quite long (March - August), it has been worth it and gave us time to prepare the site, remove the old sheds and clear out.

I live in an area by the sea with constant winds, the shed is top class - no rattling, moving etc.

Lead Times, are very poor, however updates are regular and well informed.

The hole experience was first class ,from Paul the sales man in Letterkenny showing us around them and advising us every step of the way to ording ours .Then the communication with head office keeping us enformed on every step to the lad's turning up to build it up i never seen a workforce work as hard and complete it as quick .This is a company that i would recommend to everyone looking for this type of construction to buy from them one of the most trusted companies i have ever dealt with with the experience and excellent staff and the finished product well it speaks for its self .

Your colleague in Letterkenny was very helpful and was really trying to complete the sale. Distance from Galway and driver restrictions apply to other areas in North Donegal also. I wonder what would happen if there were three sales in Arranmore? Would 500 euro still apply?

Mary in Cork office was very helpful at choosing the right shed for us. And the 3 lads putting up the shed were very friendly.

We ordered the following from Steeltech in Fota Cork - shed/office combo. We dealt with a lovely man, Andrew Permain. He was so helpful and contactable from start to finish. We saw exactly what we would be getting on display in their Fota sales yard and received great advice from all the team.
The men that delivered and assembled the shed/office on the day did an excellent job. It was constructed so quickly and to a very high standard.
I would highly recommend Steeltech and Andrew and his colleagues in Fota Sales Yard, Cork.

Great product, Slow Delivery

Product quality excellent
Lead in time for installation is slow. Felt misled (simialr to other customers that have spoken to) regarding lead in time. When you order and pay a significant deposit you are given a time to delivery. What is not made clear is that this time doesn't strt until you have sent a video of your completed foundation to Steeltech.
When placing the order it seemed clear that the lead in time was from the time of ordering/paying deposit and you had to get the foundation sorted yourself.

Delivery when it finally came was seamless and the end product is good. Just be aware that you will be waiting months.

Delighted with the garden shed, delivered and installed on time and professionally, 3 really good installers who went about their task admirably, just waiting for the floor to dry now and we’re good to go, the only negative was it took 5 months from date of order to installation, the weather and unreliable concrete contractors didn’t help but couldn’t point the finger at Steeltech for that.

From start to finish great clear information. Donald did a fabulous job in sales and talking us through the whole process. Excellent job in answering all our queries. Thank you.

We ordered a Supreme Shed from Steel Tech Sheds in Fota Retail Park. We dealt with Greg Cunningham and he explained everything very well to us. It was delivered a few weeks ago and we absolutely love it-it looks great and is very solid and we feel it will last a very long time and keep everything totally dry.

Certainty about delivery time. Arrived on schedule. Greenhouse erected in about an hour. This is a no nonsense company.
