I have to say I have been really impressed with Loghouse. I dealt with a guy called Steven O'Driscoll and he was immensely patient with my erratic emails and delayed replies! With Stevens help I got the perfect hot tub and set up. Unfortunately, during the delivery, there was a little damage to my concrete from the huge massive delivery truck but remaining professional, Loghouse have arranged to send someone out to repair it without argument.
Overall 10/10 for professional, considerate and thoughtful staff and service. I will be back!

Excellent work and the cabin arrived sooner than we expected.

Lack of communication is a major problem for this company's Glasgow branch.

5 months from starting installing to it being finished is nowhere near what we were sold.

Installing lesser spec windows and doors which are clearly stated in their catalogue as "this is what our competitors do".

All nice and pleasant when looking at their products, but once you pay, you're ignored and not treated as a customer.

Delivered the kit, and within 5 minutes, they are on the phone demanding the balance.

There was so much wrong with our dealings with this company, we'll not recommend them to anyone.

Our complaints eventually went to the owner in Ireland, which I had to initiate as Glasgow branch kept saying "it's out of their hands", who, after a few messages back and forth we were lead to believe the Glasgow branch would get it sorted. Alas, we were wrong as they dragged their heels and took another 2 months to get the windows that were advertised. Yet, still no update or replies from my emails/messages asking for an update.

The overall dealings with the Glasgow branch are not good, but this is down to Eddie, their so called "customer care manager". We think they'll need to get a person that actually does care.
Who, incidentally, thought he could give us a meal voucher and all would be ok.

So, our opinion is a very honest review on our experience with this company.
We would not recommend them to anyone.

If we could give this a minus star rating, we would.

I have been using the eco garden studio with a client for over a year now. Found it really useful, great quality and durable. Happy with the response timing and process was easy.

Loghouse have been a very good company to deal with, from initial contact in Horkans Garden Centre ( Glen of the Downs) to final construction in our garden. Rinalds visited our site to ensure our choice of cabin ( The Newcastle) was suitable, and would fit correctly in the allocated area.
Delivery and construction began on the agreed date and was completed by Nerijus and his team within 2 days. Cabin was finished to a high standard and all waste material was removed from our garden.
Overall we are happy with our decision to purchase our cabin from Loghouse and the finished product looks sturdy and has a 10 year guarantee as we opted for full insulation and shiplap exterior finish.

We worked with Denis McCarthy who was incredibly helpful and patient , Denis gave us great time to view the log houses and honestly discussed various options and requirements. Denis answered all our questions promptly and gave sound advice in regards to materials, lay outs and customisation.

I got a small log cabin from LogHouse. Denis was fantastic to deal with so friendly and very helpful. Denis was always so helpful and very professional.
I highly recommend Denis if anyone is interested in purchasing a log cabin.

From sales to installation, everything was seamless. Denis McCarthy walked the parents through everything and was always on hand for any queries or concerns. The lads doing the installation where excellnt also. 5 stars all around.

From initial contact with our sales rep to the assembly on site, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Our cabin was assembled in 7 days and arrived on site 3 weeks after we ordered. Couldn’t fault the whole process and would highly recommend loghouse.

Did exactly what you said, when you said it and delivered a quality product in a short period of time. The people building the log house were professional, easy to work with and produced a great finish. I am really happy with the purchase

While I am very happy with the completed job, and the Team who worked on it were lovely professional polite gentlemen, I feel that the communication at the beginning of the job was sadly lacking.
I was not told at any time prior to commencement ,that the electricity had to be installed before the house could be started. Nor at any time beforehand was I asked to have the plumber on site. This caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. As the waiting time between paying first deposit and the commencement of job was so long, there was ample time to have all the ducks in a row…. If only I’d been made aware. Going forward, I do think that you should contact the client and go through a commencement list!

A huge thank you to Steven from the cork showroom, he went above and beyond for us, nothing was a bother to him, great communication the whole way through and he was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. The whole process from start to finish was seamless! Great guy!
Also a huge thank you to Eli who was always so quick to answer my emails, kind and courteous, and was such a help to organise a date for the build so quickly!

Finally the two lads that built our cabin Zdenek and Lukas, what fantastic workers! They were such nice guys and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their attention to detail and patience was second to none! Extremely happy with them and the over all experience we have had. Thank you to everyone at log house! 100% recommend!!!

Brilliant service from Steven in Cork, and Aivaras and his team. The guys did a brilliant job, they worked really hard to complete the build on time. We were initially told the wait would be 10-12 weeks, however our house was delivered in 6 weeks, we were thrilled and would absolutely recommend the loghouse.ie to everyone.

Have just placed an order for a 5 x 4 Kilkenny Log house and Steven at Loghouse.ie was brilliant. Very professional, friendly, helpful and speedy in replying to my endless questions which really helped me to make the right decision for our future games room. If only more companies operated as smoothly and efficiently as this!
Really looking forward to seeing the result in the summer.
