Good product, slow shipping

The product is good. Very soft and snuggly.The shipping and customer service are terrible. I ordered 2 bears on 11/29 and received them on 1/13. They never left China until 1/1. Email to the company was never answered.

They do not deliver

I’m editing this as my order did arrive. As I have mentioned below I ordered 14th December and they arrive Feb 10th…very late BUT my children absolutely love them. Very good quality and they do have a very calming effect.
Ordered two snuglys on the 14th December, priority shipping! They were gifts for Christmas. I still haven’t received them, date january 14th. After numerous email message with no response I’m thinking this is NOT a company to buy from!

Avoid!!!

Avoid!!!

They have taken £130 of my money on 7th December and have still not sent my order. I have told them I want a refund for non show items and they are now ignoring me!

At first they said I couldn’t have a refund as my order was (4 weeks late) on it’s way and I would need to return the item. More than a week later and still no item to return. I emailed again and they said, they are waiting for stock to process my order, proving it was never sent in the first place. It’s been over 5 weeks and the whole thing has gone from bad to worse.

Still left in limbo, no item, no refund and now zero communication!

I wish I had read these before…

I wish I had read these before ordering. Same story as everyone else. Ordered 24/12 and now 13/01 with a tracking number that hasn’t been updated since 30/12 and no response to my emails. I am putting in a complaint with shopify who host their buying site. AVOID!

Avoid

I was told it would be delivered from the UK before Christmas. It's January 12th. It still hasn't been delivered. You have to return it to an address in China if you want a refund, which costs a lot of money. Assuming you even get it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from them

It’s now been 4 weeks since I ordered

It’s now been 4 weeks since I ordered, I’ve had 1 response via email stating it is in transit, I have no tracking order . Fortunately I paid via PayPal so will await another 14days before I process a refund request .
Dreadful communication and the delivery times given on the website are a joke. Not happy as these were ordered for Christmas presents for two young children.

I cannot believe i fell for it

I cannot believe i fell for it! Nearly 3 weeks, still waiting, no customer service, no tracking updates, shocking!
I ordered using my credit card, I am requesting a refund today, as a fraudulent transaction.

A very long delay..but was worth it

I did a one star review on another site following a request from Snugly to do so having not received the item. Like most of the 1 star reviews, I ordered a Red Panda on Black Friday for a Christmas present and it never arrived in time. It finally arrived on the 3rd January, and I have to say my girlfriend loves i t and hasn't put "him" down.

So, I can advise the site is not a scam but that the 5-6 day delivery is actually 5-6 weeks - and this is where Snugly have gone wrong. My experience is the same as the negative reviews, a pretty shonky tracking site up to the point Evri received it in the UK, a useless response when I chased it (its been delayed, but will be with you soon). They must have known there were delays, it would be good of they could let customers know and manage their expectations. The product itself is lovely, they just need to sort the pain barrier of getting it to customers.

I am therefore giving this a three star review due to the fact it did eventually arrive!

Ordered a sloth as delivery advertised…

Ordered a sloth as delivery advertised for 21/12. We are now 03/01. Tracking number is just nonsense. Customer service non existent. Only way to contact the is by email and they don’t respond. I don’t even know at this point whether anything is going to arrive. At best false advertising….at worse an utter scam. Avoid at all cost…..update as of 15/01…..nothing has arrived….jokers !!!!! I doubt it will even arrive for next Christmas !!!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before…

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Ordered on 11th December and still waiting. Several emails sent and no response until a couple of days ago. More unfulfilled promises. Tried to tell me that my order was on its way, when the tracking said it was still waiting to be collected by the delivery company. I’m trying to get a refund now, but I hold out little hope.
Please do not give these Chinese fraudsters any of your money

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered 3 items on 13 December - tracking email received 18 December and 10 days later - it still hasn't been picked up by the carrier. No notification received from the company. I am still waiting for the order to be delivered.

Avoid. No contact and No tracking updates.

Website states 5-6 days for delivery. I ordered on 16th December.
No tracking information despite it saying Royal Mail is delivering.
Some weird site says it was received on 18th but hasn't updated since.
I have emailed twice and had no response.
I would avoid.
