I bought this as a gift for my daughter…
I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she nearly didn’t get it. I had to try it out before I gave it to her and it was an instant comfort feeling. I instantly started to relax and really wanted to keep it. The only reason it’s not 5* is because the delivery was pretty slow

Poor Customer Service and Unresponsive
I ordered a weighted animal, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. I requested a return and refund on 21.04.2026, but despite sending several emails, I have yet to receive any response. Not a single email or update has been provided regarding my request. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer support.
Ps. Thank you for your reply here however…It’s very suspicious that every negative comment receives the exact same response-that the order “cannot be found.” How is it possible that not a single complaint can be traced? It gives the impression of a scam. I have repeatedly used the email address you provide to contact you with the correct order details, yet I never receive a response. What is the point of giving an email for contact if you do not actually reply?

I just received my Second 'Pookie'
I just received my Second 'Pookie'. Had the original since Christmas and all the advertising etc, did not make it clear that the new, more heavily weighted 'Pookie' is actually smaller than the original, as well as the other changes which were advertised.
It is thinner and (not including the length of the arms, which are longer on the heavy weight one) shorter on the body so not such a good hug!
The material is as soft etc as the original, the velcro is attached as described on the new one and there is a pocket for cool or warm inserts - but the size difference is very disappointing.
I also notice that the label on the original is written in Chinese with 'Meng Bang' in English, while the new one has a label saying 'Pulse of Potential'. Don't know if that is relevant or not
I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known it was smaller, although if I hadn't already got the original I would probably be very happy with it.

I love my sloth❣️ I do wish he was weighted in his bottom and a little more in his arms. He has a hard time staying on my shoulders but he’s a great cuddler! He wraps his arms around my neck and it’s very soothing at night. I’m 70 years old.

Panda arrived defective, no response from company.
I ordered the panda but it arrived with a defective arm, the seam has been sewn twisted so will not stay on your shoulder, causing more anxiety than what it is supposed to help relieve.
It is only the end of the arms that are weighted, so slightly misleading in the advert as you also think the body is weighted.
I emailed the same day my panda was delivered. No response.
So far I have emailed 5 times with a request to exchange for your new weighted body panda and what the cost will be, but to no avail.
Customer service is non existent. Because of the above I would not recommend this company.

I gave my friend and me each an animal. One was the panda and the other is the new bunny. We’re in love with our new comforting pets! They’re extremely well-made, extremely adorable and the hugs we receive are calming and, well, perfect! He’s worth the cost to have an unconditional, loving buddy hugging you whenever you want! I saw that the fur was scratchy on another animal in the review, but I assure you that the fur on thepanda and the new bunny are extremely soft and snuggly!
