I realized that I need visa to Singapore within 5 days prior my flight. Applied for visa , used the fastest option and I applied on Sunday and on Wednesday I already had visa.
I had technical issue, I couldn’t verify my status, and wrote to them via WhatsApp, communication was very easy and positive. They assured that everything will be fine, visa is ready and will be shared for ease directly. Thank you, I was very happy with service.

That said, I'd strongly suggest they improve their communication. After paying, I had no way to verify my application on the official ICA portal, received no proactive updates, and spent weeks genuinely unsure whether my application had even been submitted. For someone travelling on a tight deadline, this was incredibly stressful.
A few suggestions for the team:
• Share the ICA reference number with the applicant immediately after submission
• Send regular status updates without the client having to chase
• Be transparent when ICA requests additional documents — don't leave applicants in the dark
With better communication, this could be a genuinely good service. For now, verify everything yourself on ica.gov.sg and follow up frequently. The result may be positive, but the journey doesn't have to be this stressful.
