Amazing customer service and product.
I originally ordered during Black Friday because of the great deal. I received the bracelet quickly but the size was too big. RC was amazing to deal with and I received my corrected size after return. I can’t tell you how amazing this jewelry is, I love it ! I give RC a big thumbs up for their customer service as well.

Amazing brand
Amazing experience with the RC team. My bracelet feels premium upon first opening the box. I was unsure since it was my first time purchasing from this brand but they ship out very fast and their support team helped me promptly with a sizing issue. 10/10

Good luck if you have a delivery…
Good luck if you have a delivery problem. You will not get a timely call or response from them and you will not be able to speak to a live person at UPS to get any resolution. After wasting many hours of my time, the package will be returned to sender where I will wait for a refund as no one can help me get the package delivered. An in person signature is required. UPS will not leave with your release signature. Very disappointed in the response from RC and was looking forward to the bracelet.
