I‘ve ordered a Vitella dough balling machine there (new) and they managed to organize an express delivery to Austria for me within about 10 days from the first time we talked to delivery. This was all shortly before Christmas so it was really hard to get this machine so quickly for me.

I was very happy with their service and would gladly order there again!

You are being sent images other than the real ones,I tell you everything is in perfect working order ,I'm telling you, you have a three-month warranty
"please note that all of our machines works perfectly and we have a garentee for used machines for 3 months"
You get the equipment in a sorry state , broken ,take the equipment to the Carpigiani service center, where the repair costs almost as much as you paid with them ,you contact them and are told to send the equipmentis to a service in France.

We had a horrible experience with this company. We ordered the a Bread loader secondhand back in September 2023 which means like 4 months ago and we are in 2024 January and we still haven’t received some part of the loader. First we were having issues with the delivery as they wanted to charge around €800 for delivery and we accepted so we waited for delivery for almost a month once we received it we realized that they didn’t send us all parts,one of the parts on the loader was missing and it’s been almost 4 months that we haven’t resolved the problem.Now we have the elevator, but we don’t have the top part. Therefore it’s been nightmare working with this company. There’s always poor communication because of the language barrier I definitely do not recommend to work with this company. Be careful.
