They have received my claim weeks ago

They have received my claim weeks ago
And they told me ive been succesfull in my claim and they have received 600e compensation ,ive sent them numerous emails but to no avail,i will not stop until i get what im owed from them,they cant blatanly keep your money but thats whats happening at the moment ,if i get paid ill do a follow up review on this platform ,i will keep reveiwing on this page until im paid

Do not use this company!! Go to your airline directly

Do not use this company. Finnair confirmed my €600 compensation was paid to ReFly months ago — and they have held onto it ever since with zero intention of paying it out. I have been chasing since January with nothing but copy-paste non-answers and invented excuses for delay. After I finally provided full bank details, they came back weeks later asking for a "routing number" — a US banking term that doesn't exist in Australian banking. This is not incompetence, it is a deliberate stalling tactic. I have now filed a formal complaint with the UK Civil Aviation Authority. Based on the reviews on this page, my experience is far from unique — there is a clear pattern of this company collecting compensation from airlines and simply not passing it on. Save yourself the months of stress and go directly to your airline — it is completely free, straightforward, and you will actually receive your money. Companies like ReFly are entirely redundant. They add nothing except delay, frustration, and the very real risk that you never see your compensation at all. These people are not your "trusted partner," they are a black hole for your money.

I am trying to update a request

I am trying to update a request, as instead of two flights i now only apply for compensation for 1 flight (as my daughter put in a separate Request). However, all attempts at correspondence have been ignore and i keep on getting messages to update my daughter‘s flight details when actually I want to erase them from my claim. Any help would be much appreciated. Denise McGrath

ReFly Website - Outstanding support

I found ReFly website very helpful as I could finally share the horrid experience of being misled by two major travel & airline companies, took my money and cut short my 2 scheduled flights which left me no choice but to book two new flights and accommodation.

I have learnt an invaluable lesson - book direct with a renowned airline and not via a third party travel agent that promises best prices but definitely don't and leaves you stranded by surprising you with unannounced flight cancellations and show totally no regard or concerns for their customers whatsoever, so long as you have paid in advance for flights and accommodation via their website and nightmare email verification process that always fails in order to charge you £55 multiple times even after you've paid for departure check-in assistance, printing your boarding pass, knowing the system is fraudulently rigged.

Thanks very much for Vueling Airline a professional airline that absolutely prioritise their customers and who got me back on track and home safely.

Truly thankful for ReFly Claims Team and the continued legal support.

Regarding the Processing of My Compensation Claim

Cooperation with your company has been extremely challenging due to the repeated requirement to collect and resubmit documents confirming the cancellation of my paid flight from Frankfurt to Riga, which was cancelled due to a strike by Lufthansa personnel.

It was not possible to obtain qualified assistance from a specialist, as responses were provided only by an automated system with a limited set of standard replies that were not helpful in resolving the issue.

Upon receiving notification of the flight cancellation, I did not complete check-in for the cancelled flight, as I considered it unnecessary. However, I was subsequently asked to provide these documents, whereas I was only able to submit proof of ticket purchase.

Please be informed that my claim has still not been fully reviewed, and no decision regarding the compensation payment has been made to date.

Refund and Customer communication

My flight was canceled on September 27, 2025 , my claim accepted and since then (today is April 27) I have not yet received a compensation. I send regular e-mails to the support team and legal, asking for the expected date for the payment, but no deadlines were provided by the company. the support team is not quick and clear in there replies, sending kind of auto replies to me. this is not the way how the customers should be serviced, especially taking into consideration that the commission of ReFly is quite high. on the Q&A section on the ReFly it is mentioned that the compensation is done within 2-6 months, which is not the case.

How can you decide commission after application? You should have clear commission first before given application.

Several weeks no update

I filed my claim on April 6, 2026. Was told they would review in 24 hours then send to legal team and I would be kept up to date through the process. I have not gotten any updates and the page online has not shown any update to my status. I understand it will take time to go through the process, but no updates and no changes to website for the claim after several weeks is not good.
