My call out was when I was stranded 45…
My first call out was when I was stranded 45 minutes away from home in a supermarket car park. Not the worst place to be, as I was safe. Reporting online was very quick and easy. The response was swift and within 30 minutes or so, a mechanic arrived. Sean was professional, friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain the issue with my car and had it started swiftly. I would highly recommend RAC, which I had taken out with my car insurance. My second call out was to have the battery replaced on Monday 03rd August. I had booked this during my first call out on the Saturday. I was impressed and grateful it could be booked in soon.
Leon was the mechanic on the second visit, Monday 03rd August. He too was very professional, friendly and efficient. Communication on both occasions was really good, at no point was I left wondering what was happening. It was really helpful to have my car fixed at home and the price was very competitive. Thank you very much to all the team.

Got there in the end.
After a few hiccups over the due to a poor connection where the first breakdown mechanic and I couldn't get the £5 deposit paid as the department who deals with this failed to call me back.So I rearranged a booking for the following Monday PM .
The mechanic Dean # 8616 called with an ETA and arrived promptly and carried the repair in about 35minutes and the car was ready to go.
Dean was very friendly, cheerful and efficient.

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience! I was quite nervous beforehand because it was my first time using a mobile mechanic instead of taking my car to a garage, but I needn't have worried.
Tristan was brilliant from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout, arrived on time, and carried out the service professionally and efficiently. His friendly, calm manner gave me complete confidence.
Excellent service, excellent communication, and great convenience. I'll definitely be using this service again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
