This company is TRASH

This company is TRASH! man came to replace ignitor however it kept spewing gas before it ignited, called them out, guy came by trIed oven ONCE AND THEN LEFT WITHOUT CHECKING OR REPLACING! I work on the road and away from home several weeks at a time, called to ask Why he didn't Replace and was told it's too late now?! So what about Nothing done when he came...they don't care KEEP YOUR MONEY FOLKS AND FIND A REPUTABLE REPAIR COMPANY--THIS ONE IS NOT! side note they asked to help book Another Inept Technician DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WANT $$BUT WILL NOT REPAIR!

No Commitment or Follow Through

I called to set up an appointment at 9:30 am for because my refrigerator is not cooling appropriately. I was scheduled for the following day. Later that day, I got a text message stating if I was okay with rescheduling 3 days later and if I would confirm. I answered immediately stating I needed someone right away and never got a response despite replying for a second time to ask if they were still coming as scheduled. I then get a phone call at 4:00 pm stating they need to cancel my appointment, but offered me a 3 day appointment. So unprofessional. Thank God they didn’t come because I would have ended up with the same type of service,…HORRIBLE!!! Would NOT recommend.

Deceptive Web Site - Trick Marketing…

They advertise on their web site that you pay after the work is complete, TOTAL lie, in fact they would not even release the needed equipment until I paid them in full, I guess they do this to certain customers and not others.. Called customer service - When i asked questions the Rep Hung up on me.. Called back the next rep was beyond rude STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

If I could give negative stars

If I could give negative stars, I would. Showed up twice. Never diagnosed the problem. Did not fix the dryer unit. Then charged 254$ for services. Also, seems our technician Paul Williams is using some girlfriend's cell phone for his business. Extremely unprofessional. When I asked for at least part of my money back since nothing was fixed, he gave me some story about how the dryer wasn't "hooked up properly." Since it seems to be a heating element issue this makes zero sense. Also, did not respond to calls right after supposed service to the appliance. And had no justification for his actions. Told me he took pictures of my broken dryer. And that the charge was for "cleaning" it. He was hired to repair it! Don't use this company. They are scammers. Buyer beware.

Postscript: In reply to company "response," the customer service representative was worse than the contractor! They told me they would not process a refund, even when I offered a partial payment for a still broken appliance. They also said because I disputed the charges, the warranty no longer applied to my repair. This company is awful! Straight up frauds! Do not use!

Try to have someone come out to my home…Does not keep apointments

Try to have someone come out to my home, but time after time, they kept rescheduling the appointment for Friday, Monday, and Wednesday. I would be cautious when dealing with a home repair service that can't keep an appointment.

The technician was great. He showed me how to clean the vents myself so I could save some money. He was very friendly and professional.

I trust them: They came through in the end!

We used Frontdoor Pro to fix our refrigerator on June 19th. It wasn't cooling but it still dispensed water and everything else seemed fine.

The 1st tech that came out said he knew 100% what the issue was and then came back the next day to "fix" it.

Long story short, he did not fix it..he made it worse somehow! Now it didn't cool and now I couldn't get water out of it.

Here's the short take on the story.

After going back and forth with Frontdoor Pro as their techs are independent contractors that they simply dispatched to do the job, Frontdoor Pro stood behind their service and sent a new tech that actually did fix it at no EXTRA cost! I point this out as I think the 1st tech broke more stuff and they didn't try to figure out a way to blame me and try and make me pay for it. They just fixed it to make it right....that says a lot as I think most places would try to shift blame and get the customer to spend more with them.

I was very concerned about their willingness to make it right but they proved me wrong and made it 100% right and made me a happy customer.

I needed to follow their specific process but the final result was,
- They sent a new tech
- He quickly and correctly assessed the issue
- He repaired my fridge so it cools and I can get water out again
- And didn't charge me for the extra trips/repairs
++And he was nice!

So this review started with me detailing all the issues I was having and a warning to not work with them but based on their actions to make everything right, I felt the need to come back and remove my long and detailed post where they had gone wrong with this new post stating they did make it right and they did want to make sure I was a happy customer...and that's important in my view.

The claims rep (Abby) checked on me several times to make sure all was good which was a nice touch.

So, my final review, it was a rocky start BUT they made it right so, Yes, I will use them again!

I'm changing my stars from a negative 1 to 4. I would make it a 5 but there was an issue that needed resolving so I give them a 4. If there was a 4.5 I would do that but there isn't...so a 4.

They Don’t Show Up for Scheduled Appts!

Don’t use this company. They never showed up for the 2 hour window of service i scheduled with them. Very unreliable. I emailed them twice, while waiting within the two hour time-frame, regarding the status of a technician. After the two hour window, they cancelled my service as a no show appt. Horrible customer service! They don’t show up as scheduled & don’t respond to emails. Don’t waste your time with this company!!!

Don’t use this company

I had an error code of 1F on my LG refrigerator. The ice maker and water spout was not working. They sent a serviceman out and he basically called in the code and was told what was wrong. He had to come back a few days later to replace the part. Now 4 months later I have the same error code. Their warranty is for 30 days. Did they install a used part??? Who knows but it is suspicious to me that after 4 months I would need yet another ice fan. I called the company and the person I spoke to was very
apathetic. I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

I don't wish this for anyone else to experience.

Finally May 19 update: After 6 hours of my day off in call waiting line and multiple (3) calls to proconnect agents, I finally was getting some light shine on my processed approval. It only took an hour for Tanya Newsome to really dive in and fix mistakes between AHS/Procon paperwork and really put their nose inside of the work that took me so much time and days to let someone realize I really needed attention. (It makes no sense because, companies want to take your money, in my case all $3700 payments). What would have taken 30mins of work turned into headaches, lost days, my time on hold calls, and figuring out what the hell, could have been handled a lot better. If you are still reading this, its because I needed AHS/Procon attention and have them call me about it. Better yet, you have my information and call logs, all I ask is you take all the time (i used) to listen to 10 phone recordings and fix your workflow issue. Use me as work training.

Scandalous Thieves

A contractor was allowed to lie and claim payment without doing the work. When I reported them, I was not allowed to change contractors, despite asking multiple times. Then I get a call from the warranty company and when I told her what happened, she put me (the one paying their bills) on hold so they could call the contractor and get their “side of the story” which was a sack of LIES. I cannot believe I pay as much money as I do every month to these people and this is how I’m treated. I have zero intention of renewing my contract.

Christopher was very thorough and gave me some helpful hints on caring for my HVAC system. He also reattached something that could have started a fire, which apparently was not noticed by my last technician.

My first week so far excellent service…

My first week so far excellent service when asked for the summer AC review - which I thought was free but cost $100, I have asked for a credit without reply.

We received fast and professional services within hours - Doctor Cool in Las Vegas - great summary was included AMS and details from the technician. The Dashboard from AHS is fantastic and easy to use. BTW I looked and tried 5 other home services and cancelled before it started could not even get the phone robots to answer and/or customer service. Becaefull who you choose and details on your contract.
