A parcel I'm expecting was dropped off at the service centre on Wednesday 29 April 2026 and there is still no update on their tracking website, two days later! (The parcel is to be delivered within the EU.)
To contrast this with Australian Post (via DHL), I received a parcel from Australia within 4 days!
Extremely disappointed
I’ve only had bad experiences with Postnord. This time, I ordered something from Sweden and you’d think it’s reasonable to expect it to arrive within a week - but no - it gets delivered, there’s technical issues with the paketbox, I can’t open it. Call customer service, but it’s a weekend, so only AI assistant can help you - it tells you “good luck” and hangs up. Okay, let’s wait. Google says they can open paketbox for you remotely, I call another day. “Redownload app or change pickup location.” First advice doesn’t help, so I relocate my package 500m away. Should take 1-2 business days. Does it? No, it’s been 3 days. How long can a package take to reach you?
Another time, a package with medication was sent to me from abroad, but all of my details were ripped during transport so postnord sent it back after 3 weeks of not hearing from them.
And finally, packages constantly get delivered to the wrong location.

They call you from an unknown number, they don’t even message you that your package is out for delivery and that you’re going to receive a call but have no problem messaging you when they've deemed your delivery as failed then they force you to go get it at a pick up point at another day horrible service completely flawed system

Idiotisk! Why not to step out of the car and to take some extra steps and knock on the door, leaving the message in the mailbox to pick up the package? No, you make the next absurd step instead unfortunately -- You repeatedly leave the packages unattended on the road, instead of leaving them to pick-up point and sending the "you have a package to pick up". And even then the pick up times are absurdly short.

bought postage on tradera for 2 kilos. I weiged the radio. Just received a bill for a extra 128kr for over weight. even iff it was over weight which it wasn't it only should have cost 76kr on tradera so a extra 21 kr. we're do they get it to 128kr. robbery
A complete joke of a company
Always late. Customer service is an AI trained to gaslight. You pick an available delivery window in the app. These are 6hrs that you have to spend at home waiting so you don't miss it. Right before the window ends you get a phone call from someone who hangs up directly when you answer followed by a notification from the app saying "package couldn't be delivered because the customer was unreachable" as you sit and look out the window for their truck with your cellphone in your hand. This time I payed SEK269 for "fast delivery to the door, expected monday" rather than going with the free option. In the app I can now choose from 3 delivery options with the earliest being tuesday and none of them with the promised home delivery. I thus payed for nothing.
Customer service solution: my expectations were wrong and I can take a photo of the packade that shows what is wrong and contact the seller for a refund...

Never, ever trust PostNord with anything. Sometimes they manage to delivery in time when the parcel is small and close-by, but amount of time I've been let down by them is too high to count. Delays, horrible and useless customer support (gaslighting you into thinking you're in the wrong), missing packages. Avoid like the plague.

Was receiving a parcel from USA that first needed to be customs handled. PostNord did that and charged med import VAT and others fees. Then they lost the parcel. They dont want to help me get my VAT and import fees back. They refer me to tullverket and Tullverket refer me back to postnord as the parcel cannot be located and therefore the responsibility is within Postnord but they refuse to help. Extremely unprofessional and worrisome

I sent a package worth 7000 SEK with tracking. They LOST it and they don't even know where it was. How don't you know what did you do with a package which was in your truck?
It seems expensive packages evaporate to air suddenly when you give them to Postnord. BE CAREFULL
Now I lost 7000 SEK because of Postnord incompetency and irresponsibility.

Avoid EMS International Express…
I used the EMS International Express service for more than SEK500 to send a valuable letter that can be tracked. Was told should reach the receiver in 5-7 days. Today is 17 days later. Tracking is joke: only shows that the letter has left Sweden, thereafter no information. PostNord cannot see where the letter is right now apart from that is has left Sweden, and asked me to file a complaint (that they say will be processed in 60 days...). Warning: never use their EMS International Express service. If I could I would have rated PostNord at -5 stars, but there is no option to rate it as less than 1 star...

I've lived in 36 countries so far. PostNord in Sweden have been the worst postal service I've come across. Once they lost a parcel. I called as I needed it asap. I was left with no parcel but with a cost of 1200kr on my phone bill.
Lately, I was expecting 2 parcels, one very small, one pretty big but very light. It was snowing (yes, it snows in Februrary in Norrbotten. Actually, from October to March...). We saw the car come and go. The guy stopped to take a picture of our property, from the garden angle which, of, course, was under the snow. And then, left. The app sent a notification stating "force majeure". Seriously? He did not even came to the FULLY CLEAN DRIVEWAY in which our car was parked. I guess he was too lazy to just walk 20 meters to leave the parcel in the shed located near our car... The parcel was returned to the local depot. Took 1 hour in a chat to locate my parcels, and 3 more days to have it into a pick up point. Which I had to go to. So I basically paid to be forced to lose my time searching for my parcels, then getting them. I lost over 2 hours and my money. This is definitely not ok for a paid service, since I paid FOR A HOME DELIVERY, which is more expensive than a pick up point delivery. Very dissatisfied.
Worst Insurance Scam
In my case, the buyer was fully refunded through the marketplace, while I was left to bear the entire financial loss for the item. The compensation I received does not come close to reflecting the actual value lost.
There is a serious lack of transparency here. Customers are led to believe they have reasonable coverage, but in reality, the payout can be negligible due to hidden conditions.
I strongly advise anyone sending valuable items to be extremely cautious and fully understand all terms before using this service.

very pathetic poor service i am shocked to see its sweden's official post service i ordered something from temu and yesterday postnord delivered me lunch boxes so poor and pathetic service they delivered me someone's else parcel and there is no system that i am still having someone's else parcel i complained about that and they said we have registered you complaint you will receive an email waiting after 2 days no email recieved, so poor postnord, and everytime they deliver parcel to far away location without informing seems like its not European service its kinda local service so poor and pathetic.
Lying again and again and now again
Today I tracked a delivery, CT186523565DE, on the Postnord app. It was due for delivery this evening. I had posted detailed instructions as to how to deliver. The app suddenly said they could not reach me for delivery, but my intercom records say they are lying again, the third time in two weeks. They sent the package to a distant service point in Nacka at 13145, not to my nearest service point at 12065, while I live at 12066. They continue to lie about attempting delivery.
I have 2 parcels in the way, both have issues.
I have 2 parcels on they way.
One of them is from a Nordic country and came to Sweden march 11th. Its now March 24th and I've gotten notifications that it has been sorted wrongly 4 times. It still hasn't arrived. The chat in their app is broken so I can't ask for clarification.
The other i ordered a home delivery from a store in sweden. I gave them the door code to my building, it is up to date I used it less than an hour ago. The said the door was locked and failed the delivery, I now have to go pick it up. I asked for a refund of the fee since I paid for home delivery and it was their mistake, I got no answers.
Terrible experience
I just got a notification that my package could not be delivered while having the app open and being near the door the whole time. "Unable to deliver. The street door was locked and the recipient could not be reached." Mind you I even left a note for the delivery person to call me when they are here. I got no phone call, not even a knock on my door.
This is not the first time this has happened. These are lazy people who just mark it as could not be delivered because they don't care about it and just put it down at some collection point.
0/10 - If you have the option, avoid this company.
