Had a bad experience as the milkman was removing one of my delivery days on the system and not telling anyone for months. I thought I was going mad trying to change the days and eventually it turned out he didn't want to deliver on one particular day (even though it was one of the ones offered). Spoke to various staff members and the manager and received no apologies for the months of confusion or lack of communication

Superb family-run business. Excellent products, really friendly and wholly reliable. Can't recommend highly enough.

Plumbs dairy has been wonderful through the years. In 15 years had only 1 miss so called and milk was delivered late but still here. Holidays they have special items and limited items all the time. Can not fault them ever!!!

I have had the most humiliating experience ever with Plumbs Dairy because they literally refused to deliver us milk due to a problem they caused in the past. I have never been treated so rudely by a company before.

When I moved house a few years ago, there was a problem with the delivery because the driver could not spot our house correctly. So, most of the milk orders were delivered to a wrong address next door and I never received them. However, I did find some of the bottles in the communal garden downstairs. I phoned them and I found out that the orders were indeed delivered to the neighbouring building. They told me there was an outstanding balance of £41. I said I could only pay for the milk that I actually received, which was less than half of the amount. They said okay to this at that time. However, I stopped the deliveries because I still could not receive the bottles. When I wanted to restart, it was the time of Covid lockdowns and they did not take any new orders. I said fine. Then, after the Covid, I wanted to restart again. But I was told that since there was an outstanding balance and the address was difficult for the driver, they refused to deliver any milk. I asked them why they did not try to solve this problem instead. they literally told me that they just would not serve us fullstop. The lady on the phone said she had talked to her manager and that is the end of it. I am shocked at the treatment I received. They not only refused to solve my problem, but they were also accusatory.

As an aside, I receive deliveries every single day. It is not at all true that our address is difficult to spot.

Brilliant service with a Fantastic range of Milk and Goods Always friendly and approachable wouldn't use anyone else !

We changed to Plumbs because they deliver and in glass bottles they started out at 4 times a week but as they grow it dropped to 3 times a week but no drop in service, over the last 2 years they have grown due to covid and taken on more staff, only now they had to change to 2 times a week covid service 👍

We've just started a new doorstep milk delivery with glass bottles and it has been wonderful - all went without a hitch, and we even had a call before the week started to double check our address and make sure it was all set up ok. I appreciate the personal customer service.
My nana has been using Plumbs milk delivery for decades and I can see why :) I recall that on at least one occasion the milk delivery team noticed that she'd not collected her milk and contacted neighbours in case she needed any assistance (thankfully she didn't, but the help was very valued), and that's kind of amazing.

I found the service of Plumbs to be very poor and would not recommend them. I'm not going to go into details on here as i do not want to be offensive.

Delivery is always spot on. The service when moving home and changing details was super easy and it’s great getting my milk on my doorstep in glass bottles.... reduces my plastic waste. Thank you.

Great friendly service, always on time and working so hard to make sure extra services available during lockdown. Excellent prompt communication to resolve any issues and raise awareness of problems as they occur rarely.

We have used Plumbs for approx 5 years. They are truly amazing. Always deliver on time, great products, always sort any rare issues. Online account easy to use.
During lockdown they have been exceptional, working so hard and taking on new customers who couldn't get out. Everyone kept fully up to date via social media etc.

We have used Plumbs Dairy since we moved to Linton in 1977. The service is excellent. Milk always on doorstep when we get up. Can’t imagine life without them

I don't remember when we started to use Plumbs Diary, pretty sure its more than 2 years now! Twice a week not just milk, we order eggs, cheese, sometimes fruits and vegs. For more than 2 years we had only 2, and I will repeat two, problems with different orders that were fixed quickly by their team! Amazing service!

Great service and a good variety of products, not just milk. Always delivered early and easy to change orders, book holidays etc online. Started using Plumbs in the first lockdown and won’t go back.

This company is a jewel. The dairy products they deliver are top quality, you'll never go supermarket again, and they even collect the empties for sterilisation and reuse (the planet will thank you). I find my glass-bottled organic milk, yoghurt, eggs and cream delivered at the door by the time I wake up and the cost is just as much as I would pay for a Waitrose or Tesco delivery, only infinitely better and more frequent. The customer service is also a great team if you want to make a last-minute change to your regular delivery, and the website is old-school bugt effective. Try Plumbs, you will really wonder how you managed to live without them!
