Did not receive the clothing
Did not receive the clothing, and have received no communication since I paid initially other than confirmaton of the order a month ago, despite using the contact email the company provides. Would love to change this review if someone from the company would like to help me actually receive the clothes I ordered ages ago.
EDIT: after contacting the company, they not only got me the clothes, they threw in another shirt for the delay. Seemed it was a technical issue with the order, and though it took a bit of time it all got sorted. The shirts are fantastic.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and my package…
I ordered 2 weeks ago and my package still hasn't shipped. Order status reads "complete" but I have no tracking information and no follow up. I would at least expect some sort of update indicating that they are sorry for the shipping delay and the reason for it.
Edit - Thanks for the quick replay. I did not notice that, and had no idea that the delivery slip was already in my mailbox. Updated my review :)

Absolutely terrible, no product sent
Absolutely terrible, ordered a product and received a confirmation email the next day stating it’ll be dispatched in the newest 24 hours.
It’s been two weeks so far, no dispatch email and no responses to my email enquiries.
Don’t order there unless you want to waste time and money chasing your purchases without response.

Apologies for your experience. We emailed the same day as you ordered to inform you that your item was out of stock. Please check your junk/folder as it is most likely there :) Our items sell very quickly from a number of websites so sometimes our stock numbers are misrepresented.
We also recommend contacting us via email instead of through social media, then we can get back to you much faster.
After receiving your message, our member of staff delivered a replacement item to you in person.
We are also in the process of moving from RM24 to Hermes courier delivery, which should make tracking your items even easier.

Great shirt
Great shirt! Fits super well (was worried it would be too baggy or beachy for work), but it's pretty slim and form fitting. I usually wear a medium and the medium was just right. Very comfortable fabric that's good in hot and coldish (55/60 degrees)
My only gripe is it said 'hand wash only' but the shirt did well in a delecates wash on cold and an air dry, so I don't see much problem there for the future.
