I didn’t even use the service but still…

I didn’t even use the service but still kept getting charged. I had no idea I had a subscription! There was no communication about my account, their services, or anything from InnerFlo. I did want to use their trial but I signed up and apparently completely forgot about it. I didn’t even get to downloading the app. Months later I realize the charge and had to contact customer service how to cancel. I was instructed to go into my account. After downloading the app and figuring out the log in, I noticed there wasn’t even info about my account under My Account. Anyway, I find it all a bit sneaky. If you’re going to use try this out, make sure you’re on top of any charges you may have.
*I fully understand my error in this situation but any other app I use, there’s communication about their product/service. If you’re paying $35/month, it should be more than just opening up the app.

Worst experience with an app that is…

Worst experience with an app that is supposed to help you be more calm.
The way they go about charging felt very scammy. I bought the first subscription by mistake and then reached out to the team to ask them to help me cancel everything and unsuscribe me. 3 months later I got charged AGAIN for a longer suscription. I requested a refund immediately and asked them to erase all my information so I wasn't charged again. They pushed back saying they wouldn't give me a refund but after asking a couple of times to escalate the matter (I had the emails to prove that I had requested to be unsuscribed), they "generously" decided to refund my money saying they understood I didn't remember signing up again!!! Gaslighting 101.
Also, I listened to the audios... they did not work at all.

Subscriptions are tied to the specific purchase made at checkout and managed according to the plan selected at that time. If multiple subscriptions exist under the same email (for example, if a new purchase is made later), they are treated as separate active plans unless each one is individually cancelled. This can sometimes lead to confusion if different subscriptions overlap or are reactivated through a new checkout session.

When a cancellation request is received, it is applied to the active subscription linked to the account at that moment. If a new or separate subscription was created afterward, it would need to be cancelled separately. Refund requests are reviewed case by case in line with our refund policy, and any decision takes into account billing history, subscription activity, and the timing of cancellation requests.

A great sleep experience for the first time in years!

I used the inner stillness once during the day and again before bed. Then the night exhale in bed. I fell asleep within minutes! Such a good feeling. I did not take my medication for sleep. I slept a good 7 hours and feel rested for the first time in years! I will use Innerflo religiously. I’m excited! Thank you for this wonderful product.

I was all ready for a hassle

I was all ready for a hassle. I really wanted to do this and the ease was such a relief. It was such a relief that I hope it doesn't skew my results because I'm feeling very positive right now. I got this app because I have genetic anxiety. Meaning it has no reason behind it. And it goes back generations in family that I know. Thank you for this chance to try this out and the ease of setting it up!

Easy Shopping Experience

The download and sign up process was super easy. But I did not like that every time I tried to purchase the original 1-month access, it kept offering me upgrades! I purchased the first upgrade, but it kept going - wasn't happy about that.

Excellent & kind service

It turns out I had repurchased InnerFlo in error. I got the kindest of emails from a lady called Connie who was so reassuring & helpful wrt sorting my situation out. It’s a shame but service like this is not the norm! I will be allocating time in my diary from now on to listen as I clearly need reminding. I’m sure it’s only because I’m so stressed out that this situation happened at all. I definitely need some InnerFlo! Thank you!

Initially I loved it

Initially I loved it. Then, I started to get errors again, and again, and again. I contacted support and they made me reset my password, didn’t work. Delete and redownload app, didn’t work. I ended up cancelling as Candy crush is more reliable than an app people need in a time of need!
