If I could rate no stars I would

If I could rate no stars I would. I didn’t even get mine and I bought two. Should have read reviews first. So disappointed coz they look so good in videos. This company should be fined for false advertising.

Con Company, Crooked Crooks & Thieves - Report to Trading Standards

I echo previous comments regarding the Powerball 2.0. When I asked for the product I actually ordered, I was given this reply - "As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we can not accept returns for used items as we do not know what they have done to the item."
This is despite their own website claiming a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee - We have an iron-clad risk free 30-day guarantee that begins only when you receive the product! If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, contact our helpful customer support and ask for a full refund" - Conmen crooks - I am reporting to trading standards.

Scam

Scam, bought a Powerball 2.0 and received something that you can buy for £2.99, not getting a refund because "the item is used and we don't know what you have done to it", reported for fraud to a PayPal

Don't Buy the Poweball 2.0

Do not buy the Powerball 2.0 as you will not receive the product in the video.

After charging the ball that arrived, I found it did not move on the carpet, or hard laminate flooring, or anything I tried, and just spun on the spot without moving.

Looking at the product further it doesn't have the cat head logo on the ball but instead has a power on/on symbol (in fact it doesn't look much like the ball in the advert at all), it doesn't have the three light modes described, and of course if doesn't move let alone have any of the functions of the product I thought I was buying.

This is not the only seller listing this specific product which doesn't match this exact video they are using, so be careful.

False advertising and fake reviews.

Don't believe the hype. These Powerball 2.0 are not as advertised. They're supposed to have 3 modes they don't, they only have 2. Their website is full of fake reviews, don't believe any of the ratings or positive coments. For an real, not faked, honest review search trustpilot for company called Evergences. Both are also selling the exact same, not as advertised Chinese imported crap product. They look and act nothing like they do in the videos. So save yourself the time and money and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. Don't believe me? Go ahead and buy it and find out for yourself just how disappointed, let down and cheated you feel for not believing the real reviews.
