Scam company terrible product, avoid!!

This is a scam company with clever marketing which on face value looks great. The product comes directly from China.
Taizhou Kuayangyunlian Technology Co, Ltd.
301.5-2, Jiaoguang Group, Weiyi RD, Jiaojiang, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China
They would only give a refund if I returned the item to the above address which was going to cost about £12 so absolutely pointless. I paid through PayPal and even they insisted I post the item back for a refund which again isn't acceptable. The only place this product belongs is a bin. In the end PayPal gave me a credit. Hopefully PayPal will remove them from their service soon so it makes it harder for them to operate and scam more people.

Listen to everyone here - it’s a pure scam

Doesn’t work as described at all, and despite having a 100% satisfaction, 30 day, no quibbles guarantee, they won’t refund anything that has been removed from the box. Which is of course completely ridiculous. Shame on them. AVOID. (Powerball2.0)

The product doesn't work. Customer care doesn't want to know. No communication or refund despite them advertising 100% satisfaction.

Same as everybody else on here!!

Do NOT buy. Power ball 2.0 doesn’t work on carpets at ALL, and there is no such thing as the 100% money back guarantee. They’re scammers !!!

Scam!

Same as the other reviews, complete scam. Product doesn't work, requested a refund, told can't due to "hygiene" reasons. They have a so called "risk free guarantee" complete scam. Also based in China not UK.

DOES NOT WORK. Do not order from Passion for pets. can’t be returned.

Ordered a power ball from ‘Passion for pets’ specifically for the ‘3 modes’ & it meant to ‘work on all floors’. Received a box ripped, under another name & only 2 modes. Also it doesn’t work at all. It turns on itself and goes nowhere. Customer service ignores and fobs you off saying: you used it/turned it on so can’t be refunded. LAUGHABLE. How are you meant to check it’s not faulty without turning it on? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Also it says .CO.UK but comes from China and takes weeks. 0/10

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! They are based in China even though it is a uk address. They are ignoring my emails asking for £40 refund for two pet toys. I was not sent the item in the advert but instead received something badly made claiming to be a dog toy that is crap and not certified. I reported the advert to Instagram but it was declined.

To everyone who got scammed with this…

To everyone who got scammed with this crap, don't even bother sending emails to them asking for refund. they don't answer and if they answer they tell you refund it's not possible.

don't bother at all with them. report to your bank asap and get your full money back, so you leave them with no money and no product.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. They lie on their website (I bought from the Australian website) and it is a scam.

I bought a battery-operated cat toy ball that the company stated works on carpet. Five-star reviews on their website also said it works on carpet. It doesn’t.

They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website. However, when I asked to return the product as it was not as advertised, they said as per their policy there were no returns for opened products. I wrote back telling them that was unacceptable and they have not replied.

Avoid!! They do not accept returns.

Do not purchase! You can't return if you're unhappy with the product due to hygienic reasons (and you will be unhappy with the product because it's rubbish) . Their 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE means nothing and their iron-clad risk-free 30-day guarantee protects THEM, not you. Avoid!

Unreliable Product and Customer Service with Active Rolling Ball Dog Toy

My recent purchase of the Active Rolling Ball turned into a frustrating experience. The product was supposed to include four covers, but I received only one which even has a big hole on. Customer service was slow to respond and unhelpful.
When I requested a refund due to the product's quality and the company's unreliability, they offered only a replacement. Despite my insistence on a refund, they refused and even expected me to cover return shipping for the faulty item.
I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as it seems others have faced similar issues. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious.

Purchased a $40 dog toy and got a "mop ball" instead.

Purchased from their .co site what was supposed to be an active rolling ball dog toy with 4 coloured covers. What I got was a smashed box containing what was called a "microfibre mop ball", not even a dog toy.

Fake 5 star reviews.
$40 and a totally SCAMMED.

Sites like this give Chinese retail sites a bad name.

SCAM!! Do not buy from this company

SCAM!!! Do NOT buy from this company. The powerball does not work - the giro over spins and it won't work on low pile carpet.
After many emails, the company refuse to offer me an exchange or refund for a faulty item saying 'Since we do not know how carefully you have handled the item since you received it, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.' This is totally unfounded. The item arrived in a postal bag, the flimsy cardboard box it was in was totally squashed. No care had been taken to secure the item for transportation, which says a lot about this company.
I had hoped mine was the only faulty item, but seeing other reviews I'm not alone. Another scam company out to take your money !!!

False Advertising Scam

The Powerball 2.0 in the Instagram ad is different to the product I received through the "shop now link".

On closer inspection I discovered Passion For Pets are using WLOOMs Powerball advertising then selling a completely different generic Powerball which is clearly not the Powerball being advertised. In fact in the ad there is a comparison between two different power balls saying how they have improved this power ball etc. Passion for Pets literally sent me the worse power ball from the comparison in the ad! The audacity of these people!

I reached out to them informing them of the above. They replied and said the product is the same and only the packaging is different.

I sent through a side by side photo comparison of the ball that was advertised vs what I received. It's been 3 days and I am still waiting for an email response.

I have screen shots and recordings of the instagram ad and vs the product I received so I have clear proof that they are scamming people.

False advertising and scam

The product I received is not what advertised. The automatic toy ball just spins in place, regardless what surface you put it on: carpet, wood, stone. The product advertised on instagram showing that it jumps - absolute lie. On their website all reviews are fake five stars.
Their return policy says products on sale can not be returned, but they only sell with discount.

I can not believe I fell for this

I can not believe I fell for this! Its surprising what a normally savvy person will do for their pet eh? Exactly as others have stated, the powerball you can buy off amazon for a couple of quid. All reviews on their website are fake. The product didn't work and when I emailed to ask for a refund they said they can't accept a used item due to hygiene reasons. What utter rubbish. I've contacted my bank and raised a payment dispute, hopefully that will get reversed and they don't get a penny.

I bought a cat toy “Powerball 2.0” from…

I bought a cat toy “Powerball 2.0” from PassionForPets Uk website but I was very dissapointed. It spins on the spot on carpet and floorboards and gets stuck. It doesn’t work like as advertised in the video. Not worth the £20 I paid for it. I can’t return it for a refund as it was a sale item. I feel it’s a con.
