I used P1 for the second time to get F1…
I used P1 for the second time to get F1 tickets, this time for the Miami Grand Prix which was such a vibe! Honestly the perfect weekend and the P1 packages are amazing and well priced. If you have questions they are always available and respond quickly, super helpful. I will definitely buy more from here in the future!

Poor service
The date of our game was changed. Because of this change, we were unfortunately unable to attend the match. We also did not receive a refund, which we find very disappointing and poor service.

The final date is determined by the organizers and can change up until shortly before the match. This is clearly stated both on our website and in your booking confirmation.
When the date was updated, we immediately sent you an email with the new details and offered the option to provide new names, so that someone else could use the tickets if you were unable to attend. Unfortunately, as tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis (since they are secured from official sources right away), we could not process a cancellation.
We truly regret that this affected your plans and hope to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Bought tickets for the Chelsea V Leeds…
Bought tickets for the Chelsea V Leeds Fa Cup Semi Final at Wembley Stadium. The game was on a Sunday the tickets arrived first thing on the Friday morning prior to the game. Clear communication and responded promptly via email to any queries I had. Great experience would recommend and will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

Another great experience!
This was the 2nd time I have booked through P1 to get EPL tickets. Just like the first, the experience was smooth, simple and made our trip wonderful. I also appreciate their pricing as I shopped around and found some tickets a little lower than P1, but when it comes to trustworthiness, it's a no-brainer.
I will be booking another EPL game this fall and will 100% continue to go through PI Travel. Thank you and we will be booking with you again soon!

Another lovely experience with P1 Travel. This time it was at Wembley Stadium for the FA semifinal. Beside the good match, we had great view, amazing hospitality package at the Taphouse, live concerts, very comfortable padded seats

Bad experience
Date not fixed. Hidden at command. Then it is impossible to have a ticket before the day, impossible to have a refund, and impossible to sell. No help from support. Impression to have been a scam.
Response To P1 travel
The fact, that the date is not fixed is not cleary indicated. It appear only on the second page of confirmation in a little badge. It is not clearly indicated. The fact that is it indicated in the booking confirmation, it's already to late for the customer.
The fact that you have a procedure to change the name on the ticket exists but without the tickets, it's impossible to sell them. And your procedure for changing the name asks for 10 days of delay, but at the same time, you send the tickets only 1 day before the event. You have something to explain to me.

For major events like this, the exact date is not fixed until the official confirmation by the organizer, and this is clearly stated both on our website and in your booking confirmation when the reservation is made. As soon as the new date was confirmed by the organizer, we sent an email to inform you about this change and even provided the option to submit alternative names for your tickets, should the new date not work for you.
Unfortunately, the tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis, which is also specified during the booking process, meaning we cannot take them back or issue a refund once secured. This is a term applied by the event organizers, and we must comply.
We fully understand the frustration this can cause, and we’re truly sorry that the date change impacted your plans.
