I’d give less than one star if it was an option. They change $12.99 for expedited shipping (lowest cost option) but took over two weeks to send my items. When I asked to cancel my order they responded that “ they JUST sent” so couldn’t cancel…that was not truthful…the items were still not shipped. They are slow and dishonest. They don’t care about service and refused to address or own any of the issues I was having. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM…and sincerely regret giving them my business

Not even worthy of a 1 star review! Placed an order appropriately a month ago, paid for expedited shipping. There is no way to track your order, needless to say package still hasn’t arrived and I placed the order early to have in time for a themed brunch. The crap is now on clearance and I sure as heck don’t need it after Christmas. These people are scam artists and need to be held accountable for their wrong doings by taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Seriously disgusted! Do NOT place an order through this company unless you want to be ripped off!

Shipping took forever and a day when their website says it’s 5-7 business days. I had no way of tracking the order either. When received, the quality of the items was a joke - not that I was expecting high-end garments, but seriously? Lastly, their customer service is very poor and frustrating. Highly recommended to stay away from this business until they get it together. If you decide to give them your money (literally) and then regret it, you’re also on your own with return expenses.

I ordered a sweater and then realized it wasn’t what I thought. I immediately contacted the company in Shanghai and they promptly responded and refunded my money..

If I could give this a 0 - I would. Unfortunately, I did not look at reviews until after I had placed my order. I immediately contacted them via email as there was no phone number listed to cancel my order and was told it was already scheduled for shipping, which was NOT true. The 2 items I ordered were received several weeks after ordering. They look horrible ~ nothing like the photos on their website ~ description said they were a cotton blend. More likely a polyester blend with about 1% cotton, but I couldn't tell as there were no labels or tags on the garments....

Return policy and customer service are not customer friendly.

FRAUDS!!! this company is a fraudulent company....they are liars and will not fulfill your order or give a refund.... I ordered 3 items... I received 1 items and contacted them and opened a case with PayPal....the company told me that I could get a refund or the items .. I chose a refund....that was months ago and still nothing....the resolution center at PayPal even closed as if it settled....I have contacted the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION to move forward. All these fake rip off companies have got to get stopped....

FRAUD!!! Dishonest!!! Rip off!!! Cheap!!! The green merry Christmas sequence looking sweatshirt is nothing like the picture. From the material look of it and even the stitching is nothing the same!!!

Do not order from them. We placed an order and didn't recieve any items. We finally recieved one and the quality was horrible. We went through out bank to dispute the charge and they fought it and won and the money has been taken back out. After that we reached out to the company and they were rude and refused to refund and said we had to close the dispute even though it has been closed. They now do not respond to messages.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Do not buy from this company. They do not offer returns to a US company that ships to you. If you want a refund you have to pay to return to China. So basically they will offer you 10 percent of your order refund not to ship it back. Bad bad business.

Finally received my order today after almost a month. Is this a joke? This is a long sleeve tee shirt NOT a sweatshirt with nasty cheap material used that is shiny and slick to touch! The quality and fabric are terrible! I would have never ordered this! The workmanship is horrible. Looks like the G was simply screen printed!
I want a refund- 100% refund.

Beware if you are going to purchase from this company. The products are somewhat different than what is shown online. Also, if you need to do a return, they want you to send it back to China. They will offer you a 10%-30% refund for not sending it back. Would not recommend.

Made an online purchase on Nov 9th and I have received no correspondence since, other than the status of the charge through PayPal. Today is the Nov. 29th, 2024. I have sent two emails to customer service and have received NO REPLY. These were gifts that I needed for Nov 22nd (and we are way past). So if you’re planning to purchase for gifts (I.e. birthdays/Christmas or perhaps another occasion). I’d suggest shopping another boutique who can answer their email and commit to a shipment by date. I’m still waiting for a courteous reply. I’ll update this review once I see two things……1) hear back with a status 2) Once I receive items. Good luck on your shopping experience. Additional note: the store is losing out on more revenue generating opportunities (hint Black Friday sales) as I refuse to buy more because it looks like theft to me at this point.

If you need to return the item, you have to mail to China. The cost of mailing it back is more than the item. Be careful because the colors don’t come with what’s shown on website. Do NOT buy from here. It’s not worth it. Took over a month to deliver one item and the color was way off. The item took about a month to receive. Disappointed in purchase. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing.

Never received my package. THIS IS A SCAM RUN!!!!!!!

Ordered some pants for Thanksgiving for work. Paid expedited shipping. After 5 days I still had not received any email saying that they were going to ship my order so I emailed them. They responded back 2 days later saying in broken English they would have the warehouse ship my order. I was upset by then and contacted PayPal and told them what was happening. PayPal said they would try to contact them but within 10 hours refunded my money. I would not recommend this company as I feel they are a fraud looking to scam money from people.

DO NOT order from these people! They set up their page to look like a small boutique but they are a hack shop in China selling crap. I ordered shirts that were shown as embroidered or embellished with sequins and what I got was shirts screen printed with pictures of sequins or embroidery, not even the same color! I tried to cancel my order a few days after I placed it because I found some negative reviews. They said they could refund me 10% and still ship it. I said no, if it hasn’t shipped, just cancel it. So they cancelled it and refunded me 10%! When I asked why they said that’s what i agreed to. I said “why would I ask you to cancel the order and only refund me 10%?!”
So they turned around and shipped it instead of giving me a refund.
When I received the crap and tried to return it, it was going to cost over $100 to ship it back.
Such an expensive lesson learned!
Save your time and money and don’t mess with them. Now they are advertising the same “boutique page” on FB under a different name. Always go to the website and scroll to bottom and check out return policy or look for their location.

I should have known better from the pricing. I did receive all 3 of my items eventually. they did respond to my emails, First item was semi-cute, but my college logo ones were cheap knock offs. If you are OK with your items all being cheap "fishing shirt" quality they are OK. Anything faux glitter is just a cheap sublimation w/ no shine. Anything TEXAS burnt orange- is a cheap fluorescent orange- not even Tennnessee orange! If you are OK with that,,,,

Just found these reviews a day too late. I've filed a case with PayPal and reported the website to BBB as a scam. Hopefully they'll face justice for their deceptive practices.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered what appeared to be the cutest burnt orange Texas longhorn sweatshirt with Rhinestones on the logo,and received a FLOURESCENT orange T-shirt material long sleeved with black spots on the logo. What a waste of $40.00 So disappointing. Do not recommend.
