The package never arrived. It started out from Italy and even thought the tracking said I received the package I never did. Any help requested online was referred to my postal service. No offer for refund was evere offered.

Please research! This company cares about money only. They are taking advantage of Christians! My sister ended up ordering a quarter zip and a button top for me as a gift and the top of the bottom top could fit a 5 gallon bucket in the neck without stretching. The pull over quarter zip has rippled stitches on the sleeves and cuffs. Absolutely terrible quality. Both were ordered in February and arrived one then two months late. Wouldn’t recommend ever! Do not trust them buy from a legit company. This is worse than china quality!

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a coat advertised as Italian wool but came in wrong colour (black) in a cheap polyester material and it had plastic white buttons that looked ridiculous on a dressy coat. I have returned the coat. They received it but after several emails, they have yet to return my money. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Easy replacement

I am thinking that this company has too much assocition with the UK and that gives them the dissociation between the purchasing public and the non-customer service. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received confirmation of my order being shipped. The English connection is the UK. Facebook advertisers are from countries other than the US like EU and the UK.

The pictures they show of the US 250th anniversary hats are beautiful and looks like embroidered designs and they were very impressive looking that is why I ordered five hats at different price range It turns out that the hats are printed which is stated on the fine print of their description. I think it’s misleading that the pictures look embroidered. i would not have ordered them if i knew they were just printed.they look so ordinary and nobody notices. I would love the send these items back but the origin of these items is Hungary.. The shipping is fair as they kept me updated on the tracking of the product. Another issue is they shorted me and I did not get all my items. They did not send a shirt and one hat. I have reached out to them and they claim that they are shipping them separately. That remains to be seen. I hope they do.

I love the quality of your intimates. They do not feel cheap or lack quality. I do think sizing is a little off, I am a large in some other intimates but in yours I am a medium. But I love the variety of options and the colors and my husband does too!

The gown i ordered which was to wear at my son's wedding took forever to arrive. I only got it a couple days before the wedding and no exaggeration it looked NOTHING whatsoever like the elegant looking dress in the picture . Except for the leopard print . Made out of a cheap see through material with no tag or anything. So instead of showing up in a beautifully and very flattering age appropriate long flowing classy leopard print gown I was so excitedly looking forward to i even described it to him after I ordered it....I ended up being devastated with nothing else to wear bc Id just lost everything in a fire and that dress I literally spent my last pennies on..they didn't even respond when I emailed them the first time...or in time for me to get a refund and buy another gown that any other one on this planet would have been better than what they sent ..if it were the same as the picture it would have been appropriate and perfect for a 55 year old woman.. what I got instead screamed ridiculous old fat street worker!! IVE never been so upset in my life..It took me months just to get them to respond after I threatened them legally just to get a 40% refund off the purchase price . I sent them pictures and they told me to just keep the dress. That's the best they could do. Im still waiting for that 40$ refund too. They said they've issued it and now its still my problem blaming the bank. I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE NONE OF THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE REAL....THEY ARE A SCAM SIGHT!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! IM A LAWYER WHO WAS GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME LOOKING FORWARD TO THE BEST HAPPIEST TIME WITH MY SON AND NOW THEY ARE GOING TO BE SHUT DOWN INVESTIGATED AND CHARGED WITH FRAUD ..THEY ARE NOW GOING TO END UP DOING TIME!!
