Don't buy from them

I ordered the lift kits on November third and received a receipt for my order as they charged my account. I got no shipping confirmation 2 weeks in so far and it appears I'm not the only one. My order number is 55750 if someone would fix this in a timely manner. I wish I could like them because their products look good, but the service is unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed - what a sham!

On the 26th October I purchased a pair of lift kits after much research in to the product (however foolishly did not check trust pilot first)

I did not receive and email from liftkits or an order number for my purchase however they did take the money from my account.

I called the number on that website followed by an email to the customer service email address. I then called the direct number and emailed the lady who has been replying to the reviews below and still I have heard absolutely nothing.

I am not only disgusted by such etiquette but shocked that an organisation can do this to so many paying customers.

I feel at a loss that I am unable to contact anyone at the company in order to get my money back therefore feel it is now necessary to take legal action.

It's such a shame for the founder of the company - clearly a product that people want and I can't help but feel a lot of money could be made here if run by competent people!!

Thanks for the business idea liftkits - now can you please have someone get in contact so they can issue my full refund so I can take my business elsewhere!!

**UPDATE**
Thought I would update my review in case anybody thinks that just because you get a reply from Katie on here that all the issues will be rectified.

17th Nov - finally got an email response stating they're out of stock and that they will be restocked on Monday.
22th Nov - they finally had the product back in stock and the my item would be shipped within 24 hours.
6th Dec - still not received anything therefore I have requested a full refund.

Tired of waiting!

I order a pair of liftkits a little more than a week ago and I haven't received any updates?? I emailed and called the company and got NO ANSWER. I'm going wait a few more days and if I get no answer, I will also file a claim and submit a complaint with the federal trade commission. There is nothing more frustrating for us as consumers than really bad customer service.

It's been almost a month since I ordered a pair of liftkits and as of today I haven't received anything. I called the lady that has been answering to most people here and she told me that my liftkits had shipped and that I would get them on the next two to three days. Well, after haging up the phone, I get an email that says "your liftkits have shipped". Which makes no sense because she told me that my order had already shipped. I waited again and for the third time I got NOTHING!!! ARE THESE PEOPLE PLAYING GAMES?? This is absolutely unacceptable and the only reason I keep waiting it's because I really want their product, otherwise I would have taken legal action already. This is absolutely ridiculous.

SCAM

I ordered there product several weeks ago, I received a shipping confirmation within several hours, and the money was taken out of my account. I was getting irritated with how long it was taking so I called and emailed multiple times, it went to a voicemail every time and no response to any of my emails. I tried one last time but after this I'm filing a claim this is ridiculous. Save yourself the time money and stress and order from somewhere else. (My order number was 55810)

I had some initial issues with shipping and getting an email response from this company. However, the company has taken the time to rectify the situation. They gave me a full refund and sent me my LiftKits by express mail. They even included an extra pair of LiftKits to apologize for the issues I had with my purchase.

I have made purchases with this company before (without any issues). And I must add, their product is top notch and very good quality. You may find similar products at a cheaper price elsewhere but the quality isn't as good as LiftKits.

No delivery ( scam)

I odered my liftkits 3 weeks back and all i got was a reciept mail. I have got no delivery and no conformation mail. This is just ridiculous and annoying.
My order number is 55541 and if any liftkit employee is reading this then please solve the situation.

Horrible. Do not do Business.

Terrible.
Received tracking which was severely delayed in the first place. Turns out USPS did not actually receive the package. I emailed them a few more times without an answer. A month went by still no response. Finally I get a reply back by saying Apologies USPS lost the package. I would believe it If they told me what was going on quickly. But delay after delay. I don't believe anything this company says. In this email they claimed they are reshipping it Priority. Which I did not receive a tracking for another few emails asking for the new tracking. Totally ignored. I'll file a claim in a day or two.

Still waiting for shipment...no updates received

I placed an order on 8/31 and the shipping is still listed as a pre shipment with usps. I sent emails through the website inquiring about the status of my order with no response. It's now 9/13 and I am in no better place than when I ordered. If someone from the company could respond to this review it would be greatly appreciated with either a refund to my account or an actual shipment confirmation for me to track. My order #54684. I really shouldn't have to find websites with other dissatisfied customers and join in on complaining. I hope you resolve your website/customer service issue as you have a product that customers have ordered. We just want the product. Thank you for your assistance.

TERRIBLE "SHIPPING" (Scam?)

Hello, my order was #54556, and this is almost definitely a scam. I ordered about 10 days ago, and after about 4 days I asked for a shipping update (because i still had not got a shipping confirmation) and they said "oh well it must've gotten lost while shipping, we will priority ship more.) And they gave me a SECOND shipping # (which is awful weird because I never got a first shipping number until I asked) and as of today it's been 10 days and still both shipping numbers say "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item"

As of right now, I can honestly say spend your money and buy them elsewhere. They are scammers. I will update this if anything changes/if my order is ACTUALLY shipped. I will be talking to my consultant about fraud if they are not shipped or refunded very soon.

EDIT: They tried saving face by saying "oh no need to worry it'll be there tomorrow," yet it still ISN'T EVEN SHIPPED... So as of right now I do not recommend this company at all.

EDIT 2: After a conversation with the support team, they have personally refunded me 100% and sent an overnight pair. I really appreciate that. This definitely bumps up the star rating.

Ordered a week ago still no shipment update!

I've ordered these about a week ago and have gotten no email confirmation of the item being shipped only the order receipt has been sent. I have tried multiple times calling them but they do not answer and they're voice mailbox is full!! This is so unfair and i am so not happy i spent my hard earned money to get scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I wish i could at least get a refund or just get my damn product that i paid for!! My order number is 54594 if any of them ever see this

Worst Customer Service Ever

I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Buerau. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago (order #54204), was charged on my credit card, and have yet to receive my product. I revived a tracking number (9400111899223860880980) saying my order has shipped when it hasn't!? I've sent multiple emails with no response and called multiple times and have yet to have someone answer the phone. I've left multiple voicemail messages and I just called again the it says mailbox is full!!! This is a scam. I'm also a police officer and will be reaching out to Culver City to file fraud charges. I will provide my email to this thread after I reach out to Culver PD to solicit witnesses for additional charges.

Shipping and customer service is lacking

I'd be willing to change my mind, but as of now the shipping is taking forever and I emailed the customer service and have gotten no response. I'm still super excited to get these, but when I go onto the number they gave me for tracking, it doesn't even say that the product has shipped. It's almost been 2 weeks. I hope the customer service gets in touch soon.

No Delivery of Product or Response

This is awful. Placed order and received confirmation of order and nothing else. No shipment notification but was charged for order the day it was placed. Have sent email, no response. Have tried calling, no one answers phone. I should have read reviews here first as I would have ordered elsewhere. Scam!!!!

SCAM!!!!!

Stay away from these people. They are a bunch of scammers who will take your money and won't ship out your order. I received a tracking number from them twice after the apologized that my order had a hold on it. The tracking info never updates because they never ship the product out. I placed an order about 2 weeks back have called and emailed numerous times and have been given nothing but a bunch of BS!! I would rather give my money to charity than these low life scammers. I will post a video about them on YouTube later and also write about them on my blogs and social media websites.

Company is a scam

This company's a joke, took the money out of my bank account the day I ordered online and never received my order, no one ever picks up the phone you can't get in touch with anyone. The one time I did speak to someone they told me my order was sent and I should've gotten it and there sorry and will over night a new shipment, still haven't received anything. SCAM!

No Customer Communication

This company has made no effort to communicate whatsoever. I ordered Liftkits two weeks ago and have received no form of correspondence. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and they have not responded once; not to emails, not to phone calls, not even to messages left on their own website. I have no idea when my Liftkits will arrive and I need them for my wedding and my card was charged two weeks ago.

UPDATE!!!
Katie from Liftkits has promptly responded and mentioned she will resend my order, and apologized for the lack of response. I will update accordingly when I receive my order. However, in the meantime, Katie's response has been encouraging and raised a modicum of belief in this company.

Order Still Processing

I made my order on the 5th of July, today is the 12th. They took the money immediately but the order is still processing to this day. Took my money and never gave me my product.

I'm furious, I've ordered from these guys before and everything was fine. I was a loyal and happy customer. This time I ordered a pair and my money was taken but I didn't receive an email confirmation about my order. Its been almost a month now and I've gotten no product. Sent an email about this situation and got no response. Called and no one answers the phone. What kind of company is this ? Why would u rip off your own customers? I'm calling my credit card company to try and get my money back.

Great Lifts

Best on the market. For a guy who just wants to be a few inches taller, these are perfect. Great support and I love the varying height I can make them (1.5 inches to 2 inches). Would recommend to anyone looking for height.
