Completely dishonest business rated F on Better Business Bureau.
All I have is different RE agents contacting me. Non of the inquiries being forwarded directly to me. SCAM

i have just registered with this MLS service. Not much has happened yet but so far so good.

Great service. Fast and quick site and simple to use.

MLS My Home’s web site looks good but is poorly constructed to manage photos as part of the listing. As a new customer with a big problem uploading photos, I learned that phone calls after 4pm MST/3PM PST go to voice mail without telling the caller it is after hours. Business hours are not posted on the first two web pages one uses to log in. I also found that when trying the live-chat link, an auto message came up saying agents were busy, but would answer in 30 seconds. None did after several minutes. When I sent an e-mail to Support, I received a reprimanding e-mail in reply telling me the office hours were posted for me to see and that I had 9 hours to do business with the company. It turns out the web site can't handle photos wider than 1900 pixels and the photo resizer one is required to download does not work on macOS. Photos are an important part of attracting prospective buyers! MLS My Home does not have a web site that can manage quality pictures and cannot manage pictures from a MAC user at all. Both the limited Support staff and the next-day caller answering my phone message were incredibly rude. I was literally told on the phone, “I work 9 hours and I can’t work any more than that”. DO NOT LIST WITH MLS MY HOME.

Don’t trust them. They said if you are unsatisfied then they will refund your money. That is a joke. We didn’t hear from an mls agent and they said because they were copied on the email we could not be refunded my money. They are extreme rude and don’t treat you like customers.

I read the web site and it says if you pay your money with your option you want you can list your home on MLS. That was completely on true. The first thing that happened was a broker contacts me to tell me to list the home you must pay him /her 0.5% for the listing. He also tells me that I need to pay for the realtor and suggested 3%. MLS my home never told me that because they don't want you to know that. So one day after I paid them I told them I wanted to cancel because of this and they canceled me but they kept $50 of my money. Processing Fee, which they never mentioned in there add either. This company is a complete scam based organization. Stay away John

Paid the fee only to be told my area was not available to their service. After many phone calls and being hung up on several times, an e-mail was sent saying I would get a partial refund. I got zero service as they were unable to do ANYTHING in my area yet they feel it is necessary to charge a SERVICE fee. For what? There was NO service. proceed with caution as this certainly seems to be a scammy operation. A credible company would never allow their employees to speak and act with such utter disrespect. Look at he responses to other reviews on this site. They care nothing about resolution only demeaning their customers.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IS CONDESCENDING AND TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM. I PAID FOR THE TOP PACKAGE THAT SAID MY HOME WOULD BE LISTED WITH ZILLOW, TRULIA ETC ETC. 3 WEEKS AFTER PAYING FOR MY PACKAGE IT IS STILL NOT LISTED ON THESE SITES. WHEN I CALLED MLSMYHOME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP BLAMED ZILLOW AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE FOR THEM TO EMAIL ZILLOW AND TRULIA AGAIN. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET THIS CHARGE REFUNDED AS THEY DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL.

AWFUL!!!! They do not follow through with their service. Their communication is awful and I would not recommend them.
