Never got the booked room

We had booked a Superior Room (including desk and furniture, as well look to the city). We got a standard room in the basement, with only 1 window up to the terrasse. Very narrow space and very hot in the room (no aircondition). Our complant was not heard, only a 10 % price reduction, but we preferred the booked room. And there was not parking space, and at arrival we got no information about where to park. Outside only a 3 hour payment parking (and only payment via coins !).
