Not accurate savings since I subscribed. The saving quotes they provided are actually upcharges and not including package. And t jj eyes no customer service that can actually give me the quote

It took a little longer than I’d like but they were able to iron out the issue at hand. Everyone was professional and patient with my questions.

I noticed two price drops on flights that I booked and never heard from axel so now I’m wondering how many other price drops I’ve missed

It was literally 5 minutes after I signed up that I saved money on my hotel. I don't care for the fact that you have to pay the entire new price and wait for the credit of the original payment you made. Now you can wait to pay for the new one but if you forget then you will show up with no place to stay. But my new price also is refundable. The entire thing is nice and easy.

I didn’t save any money, I just got booked in a worse room hotel room.

I’d like a refund I didn’t get any money back at all and they’ll say low chance or no chance of getting any money back. The one I was gonna get back made it so I wouldn’t get points cause it they would buy it from a different app or platform.

Already more than paid for itself. I have loved how much I have gotten back for the services. There are some small bugs or things I work with the AI to help get, but it's well worth the cost and the effort I put into these items! Love it

Axel has been very helpful in getting the best fares for my trips. It’s easy to use and works with airlines to find the best fares out there.

Paid $35. Saved $110 within 24 hrs. Had 5 flights and 3 hotel stays booked. It found a reprice on one of the flights and got me a refund.

It's not a lot, but it's effectively free money and it's passive, so why not spend the 5 mins to sign up. If you have a bunch of travel planned ahead of you, give it a go.

Axel saved me a surprising amount of money and now with the amount saved we are planning another trip!

They keep sending me alternate hotel room, which are not equivalent to the hotel room, which I booked. (king bed with private bathroom). They are sending me single beds that are double bunk or quadruple bunk, stating they are “king bed with private bathroom” and repeatedly sending me emails and texts (over 9x texts in the past 2 months!! Not counting emails too!), even though I don’t want to accept these rooms. It’s extremely annoying and I keep telling them these beds are not equivalent, and all I get are AI responses apologizing and saying they will correct then I get the SAME bunk beds sent to me. I don’t want to sleep in a single bed. That is a bunkbed!! I haven’t saved any money so far using this for the past two months

I signed up for Axel a few weeks ago after checking trustpilot. I figured it was worth a try. With a few trips planned this next year, and with the reservations for hotels and air forwarded to Axel, I’ve already saved more than $1,000. I’m a believer.
