I ordered 7, 4.8meter lengths of 200x50 and 6, 4.8 lengths of 47x150 plus 3x3meter fence posts. One of the fence posts was rotten at the core. Having sent photos of the rot to Simon on the help desk he’d suggested they could send a replacement the following week on Tuesday.
Review update. The replacement post has now been delivered by a lovely chatty chap. I’m happy with the service and updates throughout, finishing with a flourish.

Quality timber at great price
Very easy to deal with and cheapest in my area. Lots of good quality products and plenty of choice.
Particularly liked the ease of collection and ability to cut your own wood to length whilst still on site in the warehouse for ease of transportation.
