Ordered 9 internal fully finished doors. Got 9 PRIMED DOORS
Arranged collection for refund. Doors collected last week.
STILL waiting for refund.
ZERO communication. Unbelievably difficult to reference the complaint. They have closed the reference twice. Its NOT resolved.
Had to raise a case with my credit card who will hopefully claw the payment back
Dont use them. Find another supplier

Poor customer service!
Poor customer service!! When purchasing the stable door online wasn't clear in regards to the weather excluder that you had to order extra to fit the entirety of the door which you'd expect to be standard with any external door that you deliver! When you was promised to receive an update by close of play they never kept to this promise! unlikely I will purchase anything from them going forwards!!
