Some info regarding Mercaddes.
After ordering and receiving the same information as everyone else I decided to do a bit of investigating. I have now found out that Mercaddes UK is run by a Paul Johnston, 141 Carlton Ave, Westcliff on sea Essex, SS0 0QH. So if any other duped customers live nearby maybe they could pay him a visit on everyone else's behalf..
I will be contacting my Credit card company with the info I have found and hopefully let them take action.

I ordered the road cam 18 Oct,and the money taken out .i had the same as Roger to many orders.Went to the bank on Saturday 2 December,got my money back the same day.Go to the bank for help Rob.Anybody reading this,don`t touch these with a bargepole.

My dash cam was ordered on 21st October. I received nothing but they did take my money before admitting they were waiting for stock,yet when they took the money from my account they were apparently getting my order ready. How when they had no stock,very strange. Alarm bells should have rung. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM. The firm say uk but items apparently come from the states and you as the customer are liable for the taxes.

Ordered over a month ago, no products received, no refund given, this company is a SCAM avoid them at all costs

Oh dear I wish I'd read some reviews before using these jokers, I'm just glad I paid by credit card. Same as many other people ordered a month ago and no word on dispatch as yet, and I get the same crap every time 'very sorry high demand, we make sure you high priority' blah blah blah......
I'm going to search for them on Facebook now and report as a scam.

I ordered two separate orders. October 17 via FB. After chasing constantly. They sent an email to state that 1 order had been shipped on 7th November and to allow 7-10 still nothing. I now feel the only way forward is to contact my credit card provider. Warning do not buy.

well I wish i had read these reviews before making my order on FB again another mug is duped out of hard earned money.
purchased the dash cams 18th October 2017 still no delivery 21November 17, initial e-mail enquiries received polite replies stating how popular the item had been and that they were awaiting restock and would be dispatched ASAP.
I now get no replies to my request for refund so like so many others i will hand this over to my credit card company which judging by previous comments will not do much good.
will have to think of a new Christmas present now.
DO NOT BUY FROM MERCADDES UK. it is too good to be true.

I ordered a camera through FB advert. Looked like a UK company but it comes from the States. After paying they email me the receipt and said I would be liable to pay import duty and also the Royal Mail minimum standard service charge of a further £8, I emailed them back immediately to cancel the order which they confirmed they had and I would get a refund back onto my credit card within 3 -4 working days. That was over 20 days ago, and despite several emails chasing it up, I still have not received it. I notified my credit card company at the time to see if they could stop the payment, but they informed me they could not. They only could take action if I still had not received the camera after their stipulated delivery time.

like most i trusted the "reviews" on facebook and ordered the dash cams as offered by them
5 weeks in, no delivery or indication as to when they might be able to.
Plenty of polite emails to and from them advising they have been inundated with demand and are awaiting supply of the cams but sadly still unable to advise on delivery date.
I then asked for a refund which again they said they would do 'asap'
so it's not like they vanished at all, but i have now contacted my credit card company who will deal with it as it's gone on too long

Subsequent to this I got a refund from Visa who then get the money back from the sellers bank apparently
Nothing more back from the seller once I said I was taking that action

Don't waste your time of money

It should be zero stars. A complete utter con from start to finish. Do not buy from this company. You will not receive your goods and you will have problems getting a refund.

It would appear I am not alone in my frustrating experience of this company. I ordered the cameras & paid by credit card (PayPal was not an option). I hadn't received the goods so asked them to cancel the order which they did stating that the refund would be processed. When I emailed 2 days later to say I hadn't received the refund I was told they would get on to that department. I replied stating that wasn't good enough and I wanted it the next day, now they do not respond. I posted a negative comment on the ad on Facebook which was quickly deleted by them so I reposted it followed by someone else's comment which was also deleted. I have now posted the advert publicly telling people not to buy. I do not hold out much hope of getting my money back but that is in the hands of the credit card company

Same experience as everyone else! Been well I’ve the 5-10 day delivery and told them to cancel my order and refund. Everytime I receive the same word for word email that they will check with their dispatch team and contact me within 48 hours. DO NOT BUY!!

Scam. Fraud. Beware.
Still actively selling on FB yet don't shop the products nor refund. Been over 10 weeks now I've been waiting and all I get are excuses.

I ordered video cameras from Gadgets USA, but money from my account went through to Mercaddes UK. Been almost a month and no acknowledgement from them regarding the order. Posted this information on FB ad site where I ordered from, and post was quickly deleted and I was blocked from site. They quickly answer posts of people they think are interested in buying, but don't respond or delete posts with questions about orders not received.
Trying to go thru customer service avenues via site, but also reporting to my credit card company to request a refund.
UPDATE: They also post ads under Cool Gadgets. Reported to FB, Chase, and BBB. Have watched and seen them continue to delete negative comments on ads. Have communicated with numerous people who have had same experience. Doesn't appear that they can delete emojis so flood them with angry emojis.
DECEMBER 11. Still giving people the runaround. Telling people who are currently ordering that delivery is 15-20 days, but people who ordered months ago still don't have their orders.

This company is a scam ,I've noticed on the review site various price's payed for similar dashcams I've payed £129 ,if this company is genuine why the difference in prices for the same product should be reported and taken off Facebook.

Ordered the HD Road cam on the 14 July 2017. Took two months to deliver. On receipt of the HD Road Cams one did not work and the other was not as described. They corresponded with me for a short time and promised a refund. After this promise I received no further correspondence from them and have not received a refund.

This company offer two car cams for the price of one and to be honest it all seemed genuine. I placed the order on 7th September 2017 and got the 'thank you for your order delivery in 5-10 days' two weeks later nothing and then I started to worry and saw various negative reviews. I contacted them and they stated that due to the number of orders their suppliers could not match the demand but I was assured that the product would arrive and was given tracking details. Today to my total surprise I got a note from Royal Mail stating that the package was in the sorting office awaiting collection but there was a £22.45 Customs Tax on the parcel. Not what I was expecting at all. I paid the money and later opened the package to find the contents damaged but not to the point where the camera's were also damaged. I ordered black but the one's sent were blue. There were no instructions inside on how to set up just a note saying go to the website to get instructions. I did but to be honest they are as clear as mud. Overall very dissappointed and I would be very wary about ever using this comapny again. I have sent them a message stating that I feel that it is necessary to warn customers of the long delivery date and that there WILL be a customs import charge, all I got back was a 'Sorry' have 25% off your next order - there won't be one.
Just as a follow on from this neither camers worked after, one froze after about two minutes and the other stopped working and shut down a few minutes later. Despite all efforts to get working they all failed and one of the power leads was cracked. I have asked for a refund and was offered replacements but declined as quality is rubbish and I do not want to pay another customs charge. The complaints are handled by the customer support team from a company called Zendesk who reply to emails promptly are are processing the refund - so I am slightly optomistic if this happens.

I ordered the camera mirrors on sept 1st. Website says 5-10 days for delivery. A month later nothing and when I emailed them just said sorry for you inconveinance your order is being processed. Been two weeks since I have asked for a refund(twice), and still no resolve. Keep getting the, we sent it to our refund department and again still nothing. This company has horrible( to say it nicely), customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company
