Just terrible
They have terrible costumer service. I got an Item that was described wrong it took a long time for the to respond and I only got my money back because I used PayPal services and the costs of shipping I never got and they just didn't answer me anymore. I bought two other items as well and also not completely satisfied with them. There is always something that was left out of the description. I don't recommend them at all

Hypocrisy and duplicity from leadership
I will write this, I am an employee who worked in this company and devoted myself to work. We were the New Ukrainian team. The work was well-coordinated and productive, but a very rotten Tim Leader came to the team, who ruined the attitude in the team. One hypocrisy and duplicity. It is a pity that the management did not notice this. In general, the company is good, I met a lot of cool guys for this, I am grateful.
I quite like the app
I quite like the app. very easily to find and sell items. I have a little difficulty with the selling process, but that was partially due to a mistake I made. Overall great app to sell clothes you are no longer using.

Zero customer service
I ordered Nike sneakers, i also paid for them, stayed in touch with the seller but she told me she does not have send button therefore the sneakers cant be sent to me. She said it looks like it is their problem because she has not yet experienced something like that. So i wrote a request through customer service (because they still dont have Hotline, ridiculous) about our problem. By the time i am writing this there isnt any answer except one automatic, which wasnt even referring to my problem. I dont know if i will see the money again or if they will send me the sneakers.

I will never use this app again
I will never use this app again. As previous reviews showed me, I am not the only person having issues with the problem management in this company. In May, yes you've read right, 5 Months ago, I've order an Hèrmes Clic Clac H bracelet on the the website. It was supposedly delivered on May 14th. DHL tracking said it was "successfully delivered in the mail box". When I came home, there was nothing there. Little additional info, DHL even has the permission to drop off packages in the garage behind our house. So it was definitly their fault,, the package got lost, stolen or what so ever. I immediatly contacted DHL to report the package as missing. Then I contacted the Mädchenflohmarkt customer service via Email and on the app, I reported the problem. There is still no service hotline (due to covid 19) which is ridiculous to me, because if there's one thing you do from home, it is literally setting up a phone service... Anyways, they answered my email by sending me a form for the DHL investigation of the missing parcel. I immediatly sent it back to them. From there on, they told me it takes up to 5 weeks for DHL to respond. I've waited and waited. After about 7 weeks I've contacted them again via mail. They just said they hadn't heard anything from DHL yet and I had to be patient. So I took matters into my own hands and called DHL, which isn't easy as the recipient of a parcel, because you literally have close to 0 rights, as DHL only deals with the person who shipped the parcel. Come to find out, DHL had never received the investigation form from Mädchenflohmarkt. There was NOTHING on file. I was speechless. Ever since I emailed them and asked what was going, they have not answered me. I requested to talk to someone on the phone: nothing. I've sent multiple emails asking for answers: nothing. Nobody willing to help me, neither DHL, who says I have to contact Mädchenflohmarkt in order to receive help, nor Mädchenflohmarkt, where, I believe, nobody is even dealing with this case anymore. Long story short, after hours on the phone with DHL over months and ridiculous request on their side (every person you talked to gave you new or different information) I finally got the confirmation, that I will get my money back (394,90€) minus the shipping cost, which is kind of ridiculous, because I paid for shipping and they screwed up. But that's another thing. If Mädchenflohmarkt wouldn't have lied to me, and had sent in the form, this situation could have been solved easily. But for whatever reason, they did not do it and even had the audacity to send me emails, reviewing my purchase. The seller had received her money a couple of months ago. She was very helpful, but in the end, even she didn't respond to my messages anymore because I guess she was fed up herself.

10 DAYS AND STILL NOT SHIPPED FROM WAREHOUSE-AGAIN
The lack of customerservice is appaling and not to mention the time it takes for them (Consierge Service) to actually ship the package from the warehouse
It takes the Consierge Service between 1-2 weeks to send out a package from the warehouse after purchase apperently . This happens without notifying the customer when to expect their items due to delay.
The support doesn’t answer for weeks, Instead they send a bunch load of automated e-mails -to stall time I would guess. All in all it’s just been a really bad experience shopping there lately -besides from the goods.
I have bought several Items and have made many many purchases through MF. But once again on the 5th of this month I bought a coat and it still hasn’t been shipped, all though I have contacted support several times.
This has happened to me numerous of times -every time it really strains on my patience, and my own customers.
I have a small business as a personal shopper, I therefor buy for a quite amount of euros every month, and I hate making my customers wait indefinitly, but that seems irrelevant to this company.
All the other e-shops I use are all very effective, quick and offers a nice competent customer service, so it puzzles me why on earth you MF operate the way that you do?
Why not re-hire or hire more staff and make things run more smoothly instead of trying to save money, and make people frustrated, if that’s what’s really going on here?!
I would exspect that the frustration is strong on both sides of this. Your support e-mail list must just be flooded with annoyed angry emails from unsatisfied customers, which can’t be pleasent to deal with every day of the week.
This problem you have is evidently not small. Taking a quick look at the reviews here on Trustpilot it surely does not look good, and it’s the same issues all over. Maybe it’s time to take these comments seriously and try to better your business instead of trying to save a few buck, cause you most likely won’t if you continue this way of business
I sincerely hope that you will take this review seriously, cause I for one is about to throw in the towel and stop buying from Consierge Service which I feel would be such a shame, as I am very satisfied with my purchases, when they finally arrives!

Is there a way where me and my business can trust you to actually do something about this issue with the delayed (forgotten ) shipping?
Please answer these questions honestly so I know what I can count on. I have a business to run and this kind of unreliability is not duable for me.

Good as long as you don't face any issues.
I bought clothes via the Concierge Service, sent it back, reported the tracking number to the Support and they assured me they will book the money back. They then booked back the money from one item of another order. I have reported this to the Support 13 days ago - no response at all. So if there are issues the support is beyond terrible.
BTW: Yes this is my second review about MF , I wrote one as seller and one as a buyer. Plus: It is actually the only way they really contact you and try to solve the issues- that's really sad tbh.
Nachtrag 5.10: No they have Not contacted me via Mail yet 😂also the Support Team Managed to Not answer for three weeks now. Amazing set up and operational structure. They just asked for More Info via trustpilot But did not do anything After receiving it

If you want to keep your nerves intact, avoid this website.
I bought these D&G glasses (same frame model as I have), order B-1854280, because mine were worn out. I thought I can change the lenses but, surprise, they're not the same! The frame is smaller (it won't fit my lenses), the feet barely reach behind my ears and the case smells like it came from a basement. The seller of course doesn't want them back (because I quote "it's not profitable for her") although I offered to pay for transport, and the admin takes forever to respond.
I plan to file a complaint about illegal business practices because I don't think it's fair that my only option is to resell these glasses on their platform to another unlucky person who probably will say the same as I did.
--UPDATE 30th September:
Not even close to a solution. Customer support contacted me once after writing this review, but no solution was offered yet. I think they're slow on purpose.
--UPDATE 9th October:
No followup email, nothing, since my last update. This is the worst customer support I've ever experienced. It took them 3 weeks to write 2 emails (1 of them being automated email)!

NOT A SERIOUS RELIABLE SHOP
This shop charges each seller an amount of money for each item they sell through them but when a problem comes up between seller and buyer they d'ont take any responsibility about the problem.

It is 2 months now they have my money to return and I am still waiting.
The management of the shop is very Poor and not serious. They are not reliable. I used to like the shop but after several incídents in which they do not take responsability for what happens and for the errors they make with sizes and more things I do not any more.
But they earn money with every ítem.
I advice all the potential buyers of this shop they do not send you what you ask for and they do not return you the money too.
