SCAM!!! Don’t order with them, waste of time

If it could be less than one star then thats their score. Its a scam store. Never received order, they provided a bogus invalid tracking number for USPS and changed tracking data from an unknown site during the first complaint. Ecomsky ltd. Based in Hong Kong. Its a bad company!

Do not order from this company. They false advertise and the products are a bunch of junk. And you request a refund they keep giving you a bunch of excuses that they are waiting to hear back from the seller. A bunch of lies... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

No stars! The “orthopedic sneakers “ I bought are made of cardboard and they reek of toxic glue. Why is this company in business????

Beware! I ordered a tailleur 2 months ago and after 10 complaint emails, today I've finally received it, but I noticed that the size is wrong and the quality is the worst.

Wife purchased a blouse that has yet to arrive. Something from them was processed from the USPS. The USPS says that "counterfeit postage" was used so cannot be delivered. We should be able to get our money back through our card. We intend to follow up with our Embassy and Interpol. Yes, it is to inflict pain!

Never ever order anything from this site. You will not receive your product and when you make an inquiry you will get an official email. The email will state that they are looking into the matter. Which never happens. It’s definitely a SCAM!!! Bastards! I’m pissed!

This is a company you need to avoid. No return policy and nasty customer service. Don’t do it. Avoid. Warning warning warning

Had to dispute my bank. Trust these reviews that are bad this place was not sending my stuff out no tracking number. Needed a dress by the 18th and getting my money back from chase . Cut out all the bs and went to my bank

Bought two dresses. One of the items were a completely different dress than the one I ordered, and the quality was horrible. When I sent pictures of the dress I received, they said that it was the same dress, but online pictures are taken by professional and that it could be a small difference in how it looks. They looked nothing like each other! I revived a simple pink dress, and the one I ordered were orange. They refused to pay for return shipping, but luckily I payd with PayPal and received a full refund by PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Scam of a company they take your money then claim the item is out of stock and will not refund your money they try to offer you discount codes. Using bots or AI to reply! I am disgusted they are allowed to continue or how the site is still up. Going back and forth with them for nearly 2 months now it’s disgraceful

Bunch of THIEVES! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy anything from this company. Purchased item not the same as picture illustrated, I sent email bringing this to their attention, they responded quick and their three solutions weren't accetible to me...if I chose a refund I had to pay for shipping myself, a 5% credit or a 30% discount for a future purchase what a joke! Too bad I didn't read the reviews which are ALL negative. They're stealing money from the public, but one day they will respond to the Lord for doing so consciously! Bottom line don't buy anything from them, donate your money to someone who needs it

Beware! This company sends cheap junk, and when you contact them to return the poorly made item they essentially tell you that the return policy has changed since you ordered it a couple of weeks ago. :-( I was told that I was only allowed to choose another item of equal value or take a credit for a future purchase. (why would I want more junk sometime in the future?!). Each time I responded to an email from them the "rules" changed, stating "system limitations" (whatever that means.). Final word is you are throwing your money away doing business with Kaila Boutique. I believe it is a front for yet another bogus company trying to make money off good-faith consumers in the U.S.

A customer service is an absolute scam. Stay away. Don’t send them your money.

I ordered two dresses at 25 pounds each at the beginning of February and I still haven't received them do you think I will ever get them i am really disappointed with this company and hope I do receive them before I go to live in America at the end of may

It’s been months since I ordered a bikini for a vacation. I’ve interacted with them several times asking for a tracking number and they always tell me that there’s no tracking number. They assure me that the item is coming, but then another couple weeks pass and nothing has arrived. Really bad service. I’ve had two trips come and go, and I still don’t have my bikini now. I don’t even need it anymore. I wouldn’t use this place again ever and I order a lot online.

Never received my order. When I contact them, I get standard reply's that say they are having trouble with their shipping company. No offer to refund. SCAM!

Zero stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. Ordered a jumper, stupidly, without checking reviews. Never recieved the item. I emailed them and was promised to given tracking information and all the usual crap about, "due to high demand, our processing times are longer than usual". I asked for a refund which they rejected and I've yet to have a resolution to this issue. I've opened a charge back with my bank to get the money back. Everyone needs to stay well clear of this this "business" it is a scam. Disgusting.

I have purchased two turtles neck sweaters Jan 27, 2026. They claim the material made in France, I haven’t received the package yet. “$54.00” I’ve had paid. I haven’t tried to contact them yet but I think I will have to. And notify my bank.

Awful! Never received item and customer service was absolutely no help! Buyer beware!!
