Scammers said to klarna they shipped my item but it’s still „in preparation“ on there own website for months. Can’t even get a refund!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Agree with other reviewer, Princess Ace is not worth even 1 star. A "wool blend" coat was 100% polyester. Clothing is the poorest of quality and is nothing like the deceiving photos. Worse, their return policy is duplicitous, because it says they accept returns, but they truly do not accept returns. They instead act like they are doing you a favor and will offer you a 20% refund. Which gets you nowhere because you are paying for shipping both ways. Even my credit card company tried to dispute the charge and Princess Ace fought it. Successfully. Because that is probably their entire business.

I have been seeing this lovely cardigan on Pinterest linked to their website. I looked in the description for the material and it was said to be 100% cotton. The cardigan was also a bit pricey so I thought it would be good quality.

When it arrived I was more than disappointed.
First of all: it was too short. I measured and compared to the size chart very precisely, but the sleeves were definitely to short and the length of the body too. It did NOT fit like in the picture except if you are less than about 155cm I‘d say.
Second: It was definitely NOT cotton. The cardigan did not contain any cotton. Maybe if the fit was right I would have batted an eye but for the price and the quality I would never recommend this product or even the website.
Third: I got a customs fee. Even though I paid about 60 CHF (Switzerland) I got a customs fee of 18 CHF. Not pleasent.

After some forth and back I actually got a refund for the cardigan, but not for the customs fee.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this website. I am very disappointed by how low this brand goes in SCAMMING their customers.

Zero stars! Scammer! They will not take returns as promised on the website. They will promise a refund then not give your money back! The clothing looks nothing like on the website. DO NOT BUY.

Poor quality, the product was not as shown on the website, they would not refund my purchase.

There is a list of scam companies that FaceBook
and Pinerest know they are ripping off consumers. These platforms just don't care. I was fooled with a professional looking website and money back guarentee. They even mention a quality control, total scam. Not the same blouse, not true to size or color . Had a black mark aa if it was oicked up off the factory floor. the positive reviews are likely planted by company

I bought an item listed as wool that is, in fact, 100% synthetic. I’ve tried to get a return but their service reps offered $20 first and later about $35.

Working with them is obnoxious. The representative used animated emojis for sympathy and never admitted any wrong doing.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported the site to the FTC.

I bought a dress and when I received it it looked nothing like the picture. The material was awful. It looks like bacon foil.
When i tried to get a refund I was told how other customers loves the dress and that there was no issues with it. I was offered a $10 but I live in London so that would only be a few pounds.

Hooded sweater looked super cute but sleeves super short and quality poor. Tried return but they refused saying they would only give $10 back. DONT BUY FROM PRINCESSACE! I won’t again! Took several weeks to arrive…..

Scam website. Ordered and received nothing. When I inquired, they said one item was being made and the other didn't exist anymore, but they could get me a similar one for $20 extra.

This website is a definitely a scam. They steal pictures from other brands and they make it impossible to do a return. I ordered a pair of jeans (I later realized they took the pictures from the Revice Jeans website) which ended up not looking at all like the picture. I asked to return the item and 3 weeks later they still haven't provided me with a return label. As per other reviews, they offered a ridiculous minimal partial compensation. I insisted on returning the jeans for a full refund. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. Their website clearly states that they take returns.
DO NOT buy from this company, the clothes won't look like the pictures and they won't honor their return policy or offer fair compensation.

I would give this “company” a zero but it’s not an option. I ordered two sweatshirts on 12/2 and never received them. I have contacted the company countess times and heard back twice that they were “contacting the logistics team” and haven’t heard back again since. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

I ordered a wedding dress from Princess Ace and this was an extremely disappointing experience.

The dress does not match the photos on the website at all. The material is cheap and very unpleasant on the skin. The lace is completely different, the style is not the same as advertised, and the color is also different from what was stated. The overall quality is very poor.
Additionally, the package was shipped from China, which clearly means the dress is not American-made as the store’s U.S. address suggests. It is an inexpensive Chinese product, not what was advertised or expected.
When I contacted the store, they offered only a small partial compensation, which was unacceptable. I insisted on returning the dress for a full refund. After that, the store completely stopped responding to my emails.
As a result, we are preparing to take legal action and demand a full refund.
I strongly do not recommend this store to anyone — especially not for something as important as a wedding dress.

Complete Fraud. Pictures look great - the product looks like a 12 year old made it. Princessace said it was thick cotton with embroidery and we got a 100% thin polyester shirt with the print that some-what resembled the embroidery in the picture. They charge you more to return ship the item than it cost to buy. (and it wasn't cheap to buy).

Very bad experience. I placed an order and waited over a month before they even informed me that the size I ordered was not available and not in stock. After that, they told me they would offer a compensation, but I have now been waiting more than two months and that compensation has never been properly honored.

Instead, they sent me one dress of much lower value, nowhere near the $70–$80 I originally paid. I did not receive what I paid for, nor any clear explanation, refund, or solution.

Their customer service is terrible. They take a very long time to reply, avoid responsibility, and do not give clear answers. This is extremely disrespectful to customers and feels dishonest.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. Be very careful before ordering.

This website is a total scam! Do not buy from here. They make up shipping information. I bought jeans on December 5th. They said my address was undeliverable, and I have had multiple packages from other stores delivered to my address over the holiday season. After complaining, they offered to send me a new pair on the 27th instead of giving me a refund. They just want to drag things out. Terrible costumer service….. Do not buy from here!

Beware! This company is definitely a scam. They sent me a damaged item and would not refund me for it. After several emails sent, back and forth. They only credited me $20 from the $58 I spent for the damaged item. They also made me purchase something that was out of stock, and didnt notify me on this. I had to reach out to them FIRST to notify them on missing items. Horrible, yet difficult customer service! And experience.
