Absolutely appalling service from iPark Airport Parking (Gatwick Branch). Our flight landed on time, and the company was fully aware of our late-night arrival. Despite this, we were left standing outside the terminal for over an hour waiting for our car. Every time we called, we were told “the driver is on his way” – clearly a lie, as there was no sign of the vehicle.
The worst part was dealing with their phone staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and at times it felt like they were mocking us. One man even started laughing on the phone, patronising us, and then bizarrely claimed he didn’t understand why we were calling—before saying he speaks Arabic, which had no relevance to the situation. All we wanted was a simple ETA. Instead, we were treated like a nuisance.
This company is a scam, and whoever runs it seriously needs to invest in proper training and professional staff—assuming they care about running a legitimate business. Without decent customer service, this place won’t survive. Avoid at all costs.

We received a parking violation charge from NCP for parking in a disabled bay at Gatwick south….this is when we were days away, and out of the country!
Consequently our car must have been used and driven into the airport without permission when entrusted to the car of iPark.

I booked my car with them and when i received it back it was in a terrible state. I must say I was very upset and appalled at the state the interior floor was in, both on the driver and passenger side.
I have used airport parking a lot but never had my car returned in such a dirty state. I emailed them and initially got a response, asking for more details and photos, which I provided. However, they never came back, I chased 3 times but total radio silence. I definitely would not use them again

Ipark limited meet and greet airport parking took my car for a joyride, got caught via cctv photo evidence going to a restaurant and park in a disabled car park getting ticketed with penalties that got passed on to me as liable. They are ignoring this penalty, and the fact that they took my car for their own use is illegal - against the law because it is "theft by conversion". Avoid the company registered number:16115952 company owner is Saqib Muhammad.

DO NOT USE THIS company. I almost missed my flight due to waiting over half an hour for them to arrive at 5.30am despite giving half an hours notice of arrival as required.
On returning last night I rang and was told my car would arrive in half an hour. It took an hour and arrived at South Terminal at 10.00pm not North as requested. Also I was told that the driver drove it into the terminal like a racing driver with screeching wheels and too fast.

Meet and greet service called when landed advised give 25-30 mins it took over 1 HR to get car on our return they only had 3 drivers going back and forth not a meet and greet service I was expecting ! Also advert implied car park costs included when conformation sent stated not included and would be £5 drop off and collection , phoned and queried to be told all inclusive meant booking fees ect but not parking decided to continue with booking to get to the airport and the prices for the drop off and collection were £7 each way so all in all this is not cheaper than the Gatwick approved meet and greet and very poor service spend the little extra and go with the approved parking which I've used previously and never had any issues why I decided to go with this company instead big mistake never again and many other customers who were in the same position stated the same , one car was returned and as they pulled away a large branch came from under their car so god knows where they park your car when they take it 🤔

Meet and greet Gatwick North
Brought a new car on 1st July, dropped off the car on 15th July and 8 days later when I collected the car it had dried mud all over the front foot well, both pedals, interior door trim, as well as the passenger side having a small amount of mud.
I contacted ipark with my issue, to be told sorry this happened but we will do nothing.

I had a terrible experience despite paying £115 for a “meet and greet” service. When I arrived at Gatwick, I was unexpectedly forced to pay an additional £7 each way for the driver to take and return my car to the car park – something that was never mentioned during booking.
To make matters worse, my flight was delayed by just 45 minutes, and upon landing I was told I had to pay another £15 “delay charge,” which I was instructed to transfer via bank transfer. This all felt highly unprofessional and suspicious.
The final straw was when I collected my car and found a half-eaten packet of crisps left inside. This level of carelessness and lack of respect for customers’ vehicles is unacceptable.
Overall, the experience was riddled with hidden fees, poor service, and practices that felt like a complete scam. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

We’re over half an hour late , even when we booked. They said they would be here in “5 minutes” when it was 40. Completely unreliable - do not book.
Items stolen and damaged car
Parked my car at Gawick with this lot. On my return, the portable speaker, charger and cable had been stolen from my car and a there was a fresh dent in the side door. Made 2 complaints, have heard nothing not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. Bunch of charlatans. Would never use again and certainly wouldnt recommend. Poor service and unprofessional. Use a more reputable company.

This company is a total rip off. I wish I've read all the bad reviews before I too encountered an appaling customer services.
They bashed my car whilst in their care , and when I contacted them they tried to wriggle out of it. When I presented photographic evidence, they stopped responding my emails.
It is impossible to speak with them as the website has a dodgy phone number.

Firstly, on arrival the behaviour of the gentleman who came to collect my car, and also other customers at the same time was exceedingly unprofessional, aggressive, and intimidating.
He was angry and verbally aggressive from the very outset of our encounter, he shouted at my girlfriend, as well as a teenage boy, about 12-14 years old, but interestingly not at me or the boys' father which was very cowardly. He loudly accused us of calling him a liar, when what was said was that he was late, which he was. His demeanour was aggressive, he was trying to physically intimate us, and even threatened to not take any of our cars!
Time keeping was very poor. We rang first at 15:26, by the time he arrived, and after him finally agreeing to take our car after much shouting on his behalf, we were able to get to the airport only at about 16:00. We almost missed our flight in fact and had to be rushed to the front of the bag drop queue by airport staff.
The man who picked up our car was not wearing any identification whatsoever, no badge, lanyard or high viz jacket.
He was asked why he had no identification visible by a young teenage boy and responded by loudly shouting at the boy in close range that he did not want to and why should he. This was a very unhinged and disproportionate response to have to anyone let alone a child. It made me wonder whether he was intoxicated, or otherwise he clearly had anger issues. Overall I was very concerned about the situation and felt my car was not safe throughout my holiday.
Lastly, on returning I was told that because I had put down my collection time as the time my flight landed, 11:30pm on 13th July, but I was calling the company on 14th July shortly after midnight that was therefore an extra day, and I owed £15. Admittedly, this is outlined on the leaflet provided, but I feel this was exceedingly cheeky to ask me to pay £15 for calling up shortly after midnight when my flight landed at around 11:30pm. It was clear to all involved what had happened, there was no need to basically fine me for this. Again, very poor customer service throughout.

Please avoid this company. I parked with them and my car was returned damaged, the front bumper completely smashed up and they didn’t have the decency to even tell me, I drove home in a car that wasn’t safe and they accepted no responsibility. I have since tried to claim and the customer service is shocking, I am having to gather the evidence from Gatwick cctv….i waiters for 2 hours for them to return my car and again. No apology. They are certain of living up to their mission statement. I will not give up my fight for justice but to anyone reading….AVOID

firstly we called to drop the car as instructed 30 mins before but we were strill waiting 15 mins when we arrived to drop our vehicle off.
on the way back we were delayed and let them know in advance. when we called to let them know we had landed and go tour bags we were told we had to wait 45 mins, when the email voucher clearly states 25-35 mins to which I was then told VERY rudely to read the small print of the email that says it can take up to 50 mins due to traffic etc (It was 1am there weas no traffic and we could se on our app that our vehicle was parked 7 mins away.)#

Our flight was delayed for 24hours, they tried charging us more and because I was a women they then said they had to put fuel in costing more money, however there was over 60 miles left in the tank.
My partner then spoke to them and their attitude changed and said they have now only put £10 of fuel in, then they said it has broke down on a round about, then turns out that was untrue aswell, it took us 3 hours to retrieve our car we had 3 babies under 3 with us, and still a 3 hour drive ahead of us.
We finally got the car back and all the plastics on the front wheels are bent so now we have to take it to the garage tomorrow for a check.
Will also be reporting to the police tomorrow after reading all these reviews!

Absolutely the worst Meet and Greet parking experience at Gatwick Airport – avoid at all costs!
From start to finish, this company was a complete disaster. We nearly missed our flight because the driver was extremely late to collect our car. And when he finally arrived, he didn’t even have his driving licence on him – completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The customer service was shockingly rude. When I tried to raise my concerns, I was met with blame and arrogance rather than any sense of accountability. The person on the phone outright refused to accept any fault and instead tried to shift all blame onto me!
To make matters worse, my electric car’s dashboard showed two separate journeys made during the week I was away – clearly unauthorized personal use of my vehicle. When I confronted the company about this, they simply ignored my messages and refused to respond.
On our return, it took over 2 hours for them to return the car, leaving us exhausted and frustrated. And as if that wasn’t enough, they added a hidden parking charge for both drop-off and pick-up, which was never disclosed at the time of booking.
Avoid this company at all costs. They will ruin your holiday and treat you with zero respect. Spend a bit more and go with a reputable service – this one is an absolute scam
I was with two children and a 6-month…
I was with two children and a 6-month pregnant wife waiting for 3 hours for them to return my car and I had to pay 100 pounds to return the car to me after 3 hours, they didn't give me a receipt and did a psychological torture with us to return the car. I will file a complaint with the police and the consul of the region.

Disgusting company, vile staff seriosuly rude. We complained and they just laughed down the phone. Tampered with everything in the car, empty water bottles left and a ridiculous amount of miles used. We will be taking this further. Avoid at all costs. Also had to pay an extra £23 for the airport parking. Waste of time.
