Used Gatwick long stay parking for our recent trip and the experience was good as usual.

Very easy to book and parking experience, friendly staff and overall very efficient

Nearest long term parking to departure. Safe, secure, covered and good value. Was concerned about finding location but its well sign posted and found easily via google maps. Thankfully it had several parking spaces at level 5 and 6.

Easy to book parking and easy to follow the signs to a open car park. Buses are quick and drop you off with a few minutes walk to the terminal. You can stay in the bus if you have booked special assistance. Best of all you keep you car keys unlike other airport car parking.

Great Value in short stay by booking ahead of time

Parking bays much larger with less risk of vehicle damage.
Car park exit enables very quick getaway on exiting.

This is a great option to us when flying from Gatwick. A shuttle bus runs about every 10 to 12 minutes. When driving into car park there is plenty of signage informing what parking areas which are available. Shuttle driver let's you know of the bus stops, and gives you plenty of time to get on and off the shuttle. Car park is clean and safe. Motorway is with 10 minutes.

Easy and problem free to use the online booking.

Good on site parking at Gatwick. Just be aware that to get to the Car Park you need to head to the North Terminal not the South, It is not well signed when initially arriving at Gatwick from the Motorway

good value for money and easy to access. spaces are small but with a large car lots of choices, (middle carpark - Orange is good).

Parking was easy. No need for a ticket you may lose. Barrier opens automatically on entry and exit as all prepaid.

Really like using this service. This year, as it seems others did, I missed the signs somehow and looped back through the drop off area. With the extra strange cones everywhere there seems to be one or 2 signs missing, causing confusion on approach. Apart from that truly excellent service.

I was delighted that I was able to change this booking - made necessary by having broken my foot and being unable to fly, as had been arranged. I already loved the Valet parking experience and this flexibility to make a change was an unexpected bonus! Highly recommend this excellent service!
