Easy booking process
Easy booking process. The car park was 2 minutes walk to the North Terminal. Found a space straightaway on the ground floor. No hold ups at all on picking up the car either. Straight out through the lifting barrier onto the main road and M23.

Very very convenient…
I can't believe how easy and convenient this was. The only downside is the ramps up to level 2 which are extremely narrow if you have a larger vehicle. Apart from that the location is unbelievably convenient.

It is just a secure car park
It is just a secure car park, it is exactly what to be expected.
The bus driver on both journeys was polite and courteous.
However would like the buses to be cleaner and the luggage racks easier to use.

easy to book, competitively priced but we arrived at 5am in the dark , parked where the signs directed us and then at the bus stop other signs told us we were in the staff car park so we had to move the car and drive around a long way to find the correct area to park, this caused confusion, delay and anxiety pre flight - - signage needs improving to be clear and not ambiguous

Easy to book, park and get to the terminal.
Easy to book, easy to find and easy to park. Buses can get a bit crowded but manageable. Regular collections and you keep your car keys. Can't fault the experience and have used many times over the years.

Convenient parking
Valet parking is so convenient when flying to and from Gatwick Airport early morning and late at night. We have been using Valet for a number of years and have been extremely happy, just wish they offered a loyalty discount for frequent users.

I'm a fussy parker, so works for me.
Being very fussy about where I park my car, I will only use the Gatwick long stay carpark. Easy to book, can always find a space that suits me so I can leave my car knowing it will be safe and I can then go and enjoy the trip. The service from the busses is always reliable and efficient.
