Appalling- AVOID!
I want to give them a minus mark - but sadly, one star is the lowest available.
We have an essential project for large-scale power cables and needed a bit of oversized heatshrink tubing. Phoned and made urgent contact on a Friday at 3 pm - following up with a detailed email an hour later - clearly explaining timeline for the following week's need.
Not only were they slow to recommend the right product, even though this was ordered from them within minutes of that recommendation - and despite paying a premium for before 10:30 delivery, it is SIX DAYS from our first contact, and there is still no sign of the product being delivered...
It's now cost us very dearly in terms of job time, reputation, and the relationship with a key customer, just because Hilltop and their chosen delivery company were BOTH pathetic in their performance.
I rarely tear into a business for failure and even more rarely in public - but these people have failed us completely.
Please be aware of this company's dire performance and avoid it like the plague.

Ordered online and paid for standard…
Ordered online and paid for standard 48hr Royal Mail delivery. After a day or so I rang the company to check to make sure my order had been placed because you never know when ordering online, plus I had never heard of this company before, anyway there was no answer so I left a message.
Well after the weekend I received a call from this company and a lovely lady said could she help me, I explained and she said it was with Royal Mail and due that day to he delivered....and it was delivered. I haven't had chance to use it yet, as for a project. So will of course update as soon as possible. Great customer service though.
