Delivery Incompetence
I was extremely disappointed that delivery was 4 hours late, so it was almost 9pm when they arrived. They had no scissors/screwdriver with them to install the base to TV and all they did was plug it into the wall, no actual installation set up which I had paid for, as I am not technically minded I was unable to use the TV until a family member set it up for me. Furthermore I found it extremely rude to speak amongst themselves within my home in a different language. I had no choice of delivery company as it automatically outsourced by LG. I would be very skeptical to use this company or order for LG again!

Excellent service
Great communication before the delivery day. 2 hour delivery time given the night before. Call in the hour before delivery. Very friendly and efficient actual delivery and collection. Highly recommended.
