I ordered my item on 15th May through…

I ordered my item on 15th May through Amazon. I was told it would be delivered a few days later. I have so far had 3 delivery dates given and a 2 hour time slot the night before only to have the delivery cancelled the same day. The last cancellation came at the end of the day even after I had phoned chasing where my delivery was. I have waited 4 days once this cancellation and have heard nothing. I have had to make 2 calls today to find out where my parcel is only to be given excuses that they have not had the parcel scanned back in so cannot rebook the delivery! The manager has also refused to speak to me or do anything to assist with treating this as a priority. If I find out any company I order a product from in future is using this company to deliver I will be cancelling my order!

outstanding service

Excellent service from start to finish. The garden furniture arrived on time and was delivered exactly as promised. The delivery team was friendly, professional, and handled everything with care. They also called twice in advance to advise what time they would arrive, which was very helpful and appreciated.

Average service

Notification the night before came through at 9:30p.m. - a bit late to make plans for the next day.
The delivery time slot was 07:59 - 11:59, in other words sometime in the morning - again not giving an opportunity to plan anything.
Finally, the package had clear instructions in large lettering and arrows as to which way was UP - it was put in situ upside down!

Ait were excellent

Ait were excellent. I couldn't be at home to take in delivery of a bed for my youngest son.
Lovely Dayyaan and Sharafat communicated with me clearly when bed was due to be dropped off. Due to this being a rescheduled delivery from Dunelm I wasn't home but my 18year old son was as he'd hurt his foot.
I asked whether they could deliver my bed and double mattress upstairs into the room which they kindly did. Excellent customer service from them both. thank you.

Just had my delivery three times…

Just had my delivery three times canceled in terms of of 6 days
First delivery was set on 29th of May Friday
Time slot was extended 2 hours with apologies then they never contacted again in that day ..no email no message
When called them myself ,turned up that my item it is in a wrong Depo out of London so need to call on Monday
Called on the 1 st June Monday earlier I could book was on Wednesday..Booked
Time slot was set
Later in the day cancelled…called again I was told managed to be load on a backup van will be delivered
Message arrived
Two hours later message came no delivery today apologies
Called again and the customer service said it is in Enfield depo but they not sure where
When they gonna find it they call me …48 hours…
And rebook it
Never in my life experienced this kind of delivery service
And never in my life will be using them
I mean was not my choice..the company I bought the item has got contract with them
Well plenty of apologies from the customer service
And the automated voice saying we don’t want to waste your time
And paid £54.00 for this service
Ridiculous
I leave it with you to decide if you want to use them or trust them
A very unhappy customer

Absolute shambles of a company. Avoid like the plague!


I ordered a bed via Amazon that was scheduled to be delivered by AIT Delivery Services within five working days. That was ten days ago, and it has been a masterclass in atrocious customer service and sheer incompetence ever since.

Here is exactly why you should never use them:

The "Delivery" Farce: They changed my delivery window three separate times.

When a driver finally arrived, he delivered box 1 of 2. He barely spoke a word of English, making it impossible to get any clarity on where the rest of my bed was before he drove off.

Ignored on WhatsApp: I tried contacting their customer services via WhatsApp. My messages were completely ignored. It took three full days just to get a basic acknowledgement of my complaint.

The Copy-Paste Treatment: The email response I finally received was a generic, cut-and-paste template. It lacked any shred of accountability and offered zero confirmation as to when the missing box would actually arrive.

Apathetic Phone Support: After another three days of silence, I called them. I was left on hold for 25 minutes just to speak to a human, only to be met with complete apathy and disinterest. After another 10 minutes of being tossed back on hold, the agent finally admitted that the second box hadn't even been signed for at the depot. Translation: They lost it.

We are now ten days past the original order date. I have half a bed blocking my room, zero accountability from AIT, and zero effort on their part to put this right. No offer of redress, no goodwill gesture... absolutely nothing.

They are an absolute EMBARRASSMENT to Amazon, who are actually a brilliant company. Maybe AIT should take note of how real customer service works!

Not great delivery men

When the delivery arrived, I said good afternoon to which I got no reply.
Asked them if they would place item's on slip mat's, so the new floor would not get damaged, but had to repeat. Not great customer service.
