I ordered the journal for my granddaughter

I ordered the journal for my granddaughter who is turning 18 and graduating from high school in June. There was a delay in shipping due to an issue outside of the company's control but when I contacted the company I quickly received an email from Angelo in customer services stating the problem and assuring me he would keep me advised of the status, which he did. The journal itself is beautiful and well crafted and was worth the wait.

A beautiful gift

I have 3 daughters and bought each one a necklace. My youngest daughter cried when she read the sentiment, my middle daughter is getting hers next week and my eldest daughter will get hers soon. The necklaces are well crafted and beautiful.

Reliability!!

I was satisfied in general with my experience and got my products in a timely manner. In particular, I must say I've had a good experience because of Angelo keeping me informed about my two orders. I feel comfortable dealing with this company.
