Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Rang in to let them know that my employment had changed just three weeks before the policy is due to end to be told I have to pay an additional £93. Asked for a renewal quote and they said they couldn't until I had paid the £93. I bought insurance elswhere and won't go back to this shambles

Appalling service... rip off

I used Compare the Market to get a quote for car insurance. The policy would be in my name with my wife and 17 year old daughter as named drivers. I made a mistake with the license type for my daughter (I stated provisional but she now has a UK full). GoGirl were the cheapest so I went ahead. As soon as I realised I had made the mistake (just over 1 hour after I had taken the policy out) I contacted GoGirl. Using the chat facility through their website, I spoke with Lauren (not sure if there was also an element of AI being used). I explained the situation and was informed the cost of the policy would increase by just over £2500 per annum. I requested cancellation and was told they would charge me £45 for my troubles... I think this is a totally disgusting charge which should not be allowed. The charge was reduced to £25 which I very reluctantly accepted. I will not be using GoGirl again and highly recommend that you do the same. Appalling service.

Helpful, thorough & professional!

The two ladies I spoke to at Go Girl were incredibly helpful, thorough and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing for my slightly out of the ordinary requirements. The best bit was that the price ended up being less than I had been told through the comparison website! Very happy!
