The staff were professional and very helpful…white glove service

The item was delivered quickly, the delivery person spoke in a friendly manner and caution for packaging was obvious.

I appreciated the driver calling me in advance to tell me he would be here soon. He was professional and courteous. He brought in the heavy boxes into the house, which was nice.

The delivery personnel were awesome. Polite and did their job without making any mess. Great work.

The delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong address and after emailing them several times they did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. We received a simple e mail back telling us that we now have to get in touch with the merchant to "initiate a claim" because it's now considered a lost package. So because their driver couldn't read the address clearly labelled on the package we have to go through the website that told us to contact the carrier.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are terrible. I will stop ordering from Zara because of it. The package never arrives. Ive ordered 5 times and each time Go Bolt says it will be delivered and never does. Ive had things marked as delivered and the picture shows it on the back of a truck. When I reached out to customer service she asked if there was a note I could leave for delivery. When I asked what might be helpful she says " perhaps where the front door is located...." I live in a residential building in NYC where I have at least 5 people working at any given time. When a package is not delivered Go Bolts website says that the "business was closed" or " I was not home". They are a complete scam. I feel they have ser this company up so there employees can steal goods.

Delivery was done by two young men who took care to bring in boxes and carefully place them inside my home.
Highly satisfied.

The person that did the delivery is a ninja! I have 2 super noise sensitive dogs, the never heard him/her. That for me requires a 5 star review

My Vancouver Townhouse address doesn't show up on Google Map. Good Protein put an adjacent address on the package. This was not going to work. I changed the address and left delivery instructions. Your driver obviously read the delivery instructions and found my place!!! Thanks.

The communication was perfect through the text updates. Then the 3 guys came and were very professional and proficient! Great service!

The delivery drivers were communicative and flexible. I was scheduled for a later delivery and they called and offered to drop it off earlier while they were in the area. It worked out great and they carried everything up two flights of stairs to my apartment without me even asking. Very kind and courteous.

Tracked the Delivery van and later saw him coming
Waited for the delivery to the door
The driver was very pleasant
He put the parcel on the top steps so I could reach it easily
He took photos of the delivered parcel
That made me very happy

Arrived when anticipated, delivery person followed instructions and buzzed me. Safe delivery in an apartment building where lots of packages left in the lobby go missing. Thank you for following my instructions.
