I accidentally used the wrong card to…

I accidentally used the wrong card to make my purchase during a sale. I contacted support and they said to just cancel and reorder, but when I did that the board I wanted was sold out. I called customer service and she actually went and physically found the board for me. Great company

A must for strength and balance.

I purchased this board to help me strengthen my right glute and right foot that was surgically repaired. The board is very well made and solid. I’ve been using it for about a month now and my strength level and balance have increased noticeably. I had some questions and the company got back to me in a day with a solution. This is a great purchase and has made a huge difference. I noticed improvements in my strength and balance in a couple of days. I am 68 and the slack helped me immensely.

They ignore emails

They ignore emails. All I want is a VAT receipt which is a legal requirement and it also states on FAQs that VAT is included. To start with just wanted to know why and were difficult and now just ignore me. Would'nt advise buying from them.

This company will not answer emails

This company will not answer emails for failed orders,
It is unfortunate I need to resort to writing a poor review for Gibbon but have lost any faith in them resolving my issue.
I ordered the slackline board plus with 2 lines but was sent a standard single slackline board. This was a christmas present so was very disappointed. I have sent 6 emails to both USA and UK with no answer.

Emails bounce back

Really disappointed. Gave one of these for Christmas, it had arrived on time but one of these lines was slacker than the other. When we inspected it we found a broken clip. Been trying to email the store since and about 5 emails have all been bounced back and there’s no other way to communicate with the company. Avoid.

Nothing but pure scam

Nothing but pure scam. Ordered November 30. 15 days latter still nothing: No goods, no shipping mail. In one of the reviews below they stated the have shipped all orders from 1st december. Well might be but then they do not ship in chronological order as in my calender the 30. Nov is before 1. Dec.

In addition they claim to be overwhelmed by the orders but still almost everything is on sale and listed on stock. They directly went from Black Friday sale to Christmas sale. But what serious company would start a second sale campain if they are not even able to ship the goods from the previous one? Thus they have proofen themselves as pure scammers.

To clarify our promotions transparently: our products were and still are in stock. The delays were not caused by a lack of inventory, but by a very high number of orders within a short period of time. As our SLACKBOARD sets are individually configurable, the packing process is more complex than for standardised products and cannot be accelerated indefinitely.

I ordered a board on the 2nd of…

I ordered a board on the 2nd of december, in the mail it said due to high workloads the shipment may take 5-6 working days. Now its been 8 days, and still nothing sent,

It is a christmas gift for my 6 year old autistic daugther, and if i cant have it in time for christmas i dont want it, then i need my money back so i can buy her another gift in time for christmas so the christmas will not be a complet disaster.

Slow shipping despite promises to the contrary

Ordered from the USA website on 12/1/25. They claim they ship 75+% of orders either same day or next day. A week later nothing has happened. No tracking info, no Email, nothing. Are they still in business?

UPDATE: 12/11/25
About 8 days after I ordered I received a (bulk) Email from Gibbon stating that they had been overwhelmed with orders and that they were processing them as fast as possible. Three days later I did receive my order. I'll dock them two stars for lousy communication and unfilled delivery promises but they did come through.

No Communication, no shipment

2 boards ordered on 28th November with payment already taken but no notification of shipping even though the website and order confirmation email state 1-3 business days.

I have emailed 3 times and contacted their CEO on LinkedIn as there's no other people listed in the business.

it has been 7 calendar days at the time of writing and no response

Update, I have received communication and the shipment is on its way with tracking information. it should arrive this Thursday, 11th December

I'm still waiting for my item to be dispatched...

I'm still waiting on my item being dispatched to the UK. I placed an order on the 1st December. I was advised my item would be dispatched within 1 to 3 days. It's now the 5th December and my board has still not been dispatched. Delivery is up to 14 business days to the UK and the board is a Christmas present from my son. At this rate I'm really worried the item will not be delivered in time. I emailed yesterday morning but I'm yet to have a reply.

Update. It's the 8th December and I've finally had confirmation that the order has dispatched. Fingers crossed it arrives soon. I'll update once received

Update. Item received within 5 days of dispatch. The box was very beaten up and open but I don't think anything was missing and not sellers fault. I'll update after Christmas if the board is not as robust as expected

Great product

Great product with loads of fun for the whole family!
It's currently set up in our livingroom and everyone entering automatically uses it for some time.
Great for core balance and as it's pretty low, both the kids (6&8) and the grandparents can give it a try without injuries.

They also have one at the gym, and it's still alive there, so it should be great quality. However, the quality received was really poor and it was hard to get any response from customer service. When they did respond, they solved the issue wel, so happy customer here.

Board is splitting apart after just a few minutes of use. My weight is well below the specified maximum.

No replies after contacting through their website.

Update given their reply below: I contacted them 3 times through the website, and on Facebook messenger. They haven't replied to a single message in 2+ months.

Do not use this website - no customer services replies

The GIBBON Giboard Set de-laminated after 2 days and i have message them 4 times and still they have not got back to me.

It is unusable and broken.

They have never even contacted me
