Yes this is a SCAM

But I managed to get a refund because Simpl pay was involved and they refunded. around 694Rs. to me for a t-shirt I had paid for through them.

Scam website to buy from. The order placed was never received. They do not reply to your mails or messages. There is no other way to contact them. Never buy from them. Fraudsters!

Purchased items worth INR 6000 approximately on 18th and 28th December. Recieved no updates since the confirmation email. No response to emails to customer care email ID. Raised concern on consumer grievance platform and with Simpl. Simpl has simply washed their hands off the issue although they promise suport with fulfilment and refunds. Worst experience ever till date of any ecommerce website.

I order one sweatshirt around 20 days ago but still no product received. Looks like it's a scam. I sent emails to the fourth dimension club mail I'd still no response.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I haven’t received my order from 1 and half months and what’s worse is that , they have completely ghosted me, with absolutely no updates whatsoever. Not even a single update after the order was confirmed. And I have done an online payment. They are complete cheats.

Ordered 4 months ago, in between they sent 1 email of some issues with delivery which will soon be sorted, however from september no response to other emails or messages.

Fake company. Do not buy from them. If there was negative star, I would have given that. I placed order more than 2 months ago. They don't reply over instagram, nor do they reply over their customer service mail.

I had made an order 1 month back, and they do not respond via customer support. No product shipped or delivered.

No customer support. Have been following up with them for a duplicate order reversal. They have received payment twice and delivered one order.
Despite months of follow ups there is no resolution .

This is a fake company cheating people. Pl do not buy from them. Still waiting for my order of 25th Aug 2023.

Fake company. Do not buy from them. I ordered two T-shirts from them worth₹1500 on 18th August 2023. But there is no response from them about the status of the order. They tell to write an email of the issue but does not respond to any emails. Very poor customer support. Pls don’t buy from them. My money got wasted but does want ki baki logo k bhi waste ho.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from fourthdimensionclub to think twice. They are a company that does not care about their customers and they will take your money and run.

I placed two orders with FDClub worth over 5K INR.
It has been over 40 DAYS, and I have not received the orders or any updates on the status of my orders, or even on the refunds that I have requested. I have sent several emails to their support team, but I have not received any response.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution from FDClub. Their customer service is unacceptable and I have requested a full refund for both orders immediately, but in vain. My last option is to raise a dispute with my credit card company to somehow get my money back if possible, but at this point it may as well be money lost.

I paid ₹550 just for the cool design which faded after 3 washes. I can't wear the Tee outside since it has lost its shape after washing.
