Over rated! Very expensive!!
Trusted the agent from droitwich branch as this was a divorce sale!
Requested photos not to be taken of one area of the property!
Yet he did take pictures against my request then sent them to my ex!!
Will be lodging a formal complaint against his conduct as these were used against me in court!
Totally unprofessional and disloyal to me.
Yet the bill for this sale made fine and country £25,000!!!

Julie Vassar after sales was fabulous, she answered my queries promptly and put me at ease during the buying process, nothing was too much trouble.
I would also like to thank Sue Croft Sales Manager of the Diss Office and team who were very helpful and efficient. They made the buying of my new home a pleasant experience. Thank you all.

F&C are a little more expensive than competitors however the extra cost is well worth it.
They are the only estate agent I have ever used that are proactive and always contactable. Quite often after agreeing the contract estate agents are less than helpful but F&C were available daily to ensure the sale moved along effectively.
The process from valuation to sale was efficient and clearly defined. The brochure was also much better quality than standard estate agents.
I would highly recommend them if you want a good service and excellent communication.

I rang up and spoke to James this morning, and he was probably the most pleasant Londoner I've ever encountered. He sorted my query and gave me all the information I required while treating me with such kindness. What a fantastic front man on the phones, paints a wonderful picture of Fine and Country. Thanks James!

We had a first class experience with Fine & Country. From the first visit of Christopher, to the viewings, mostly led by Tom, and the very tortuous process of progress chasing by Julie, everything was super professional.
The photography was great and showed the house and grounds very well.
However the reason for the unequivocal 5 Star rating, is that everyone we dealt with realised that we were not just selling a house, we were selling our home. This made all the difference to us.
Some people may wonder if it is worth paying the slightly higher commission that Fine & Country charge. Based on our experience, we would say 100% yes. The kindness, professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff in the Diss office. Chris, Tania & Julie (supporting from Norwich) have been amazing. So much so that even when the sale was dragging on, I felt reassured & supported by them. They were the glue that brought the whole process together. I’m not sure we would have reached completion without them.

Selling my via property via Fine and Country was effortless and seamless at every step of the process. Sara always responded to my communications immediately and gave me the support I needed. I had a certain opinion of estate agents before working with Fine and Country. They have proven me wrong.

A big thank you to all the staff at the Fine and Country office in Diss following the sale of our house. Chris provided us with sound advice and judgement at the start of the process with Tanya handling the prospective clients in a highly professional way. Sue, in the office, was an excellent guide to the management of the process and Julie Vassar worked closely with us keeping us informed all through the purchasing process which proved reassuring. The photography and sales material was of a really high standard which went over and above what we have seen before adding to the high standard and quality of the sales process.
We would highly recommend the Fine and Country team in Diss if you are considering the sale of your home - they were exceptional from the start.

We were very impressed with the way Ben Perkins secured our sale, obtaining an excellent price in spite of the unfavourable market conditions.
We found him extremely conciencious, resourceful and a very pleasant personality. He truly went the extra mile to help us.
Always answered our messages promptly, even after business hours.
We unreservedly award him 5 stars!

Mark & Davor in Islington stuck with us over a long period as we sold 2 difficult properties over Covid & subsequent financial crashes, etc. They were honest, pragmatic and always available. Selling 2 was a doubly stressful experience, but I had 100% trust that the guys would get us there in the end - and they did. Thanks to you both! Simon

Chepstow office are a bit like the old double glazing salesmen, you just cannot get rid of them. Every few weeks we get a letter telling us that our current agents are no good and use F&C. However when you email, they ignore it, They never answer the landline 01594 715444 and Richards mobile 07970 237304 is the same and usually goes to answerphone. And all I want to do is get off the mailing list, however what if I wanted to buy the house you are thinking of listing with them?? I would have given up a long time ago.
Plus they use 'The Homeowner' to get round the Mailing Preference Register, that I am registered on but letters addressed such are unregulated.
If it was me I would look elsewhere for an agent, Purple Bricks for example - £1000 and listed for 5 years if you are not in a hurry to sell (like us Richard so take us off the list pleeeeeeeeeeease)

Fab service from Rebecca and the team at the Beccles office, with communication flow very easy at all times, including process updates. Would recommend to anyone with a period property for sale in the Waveney Valley catchment.
Thanks so much !

We have taken our property management off Foxtons who did an awful job on our property in Old Street and moved over to Fine & Country. Shauneen has been instrumental in making sure our tenants are well looked after, she has also provided us with an impeccable service as landlords making sure our property was inspected and issues resolved immediately. The service has been extremely professional and efficient on a continuous basis! So glad we made the move! Thank you so much Shauneen!

Our experience with the Beccles office was largely a very positive one.We had been looking for a house in this area for sometime,we had finished a day of viewings and my wife happened to see a house new to the market. She rang and left a message after office hours on the Saturday .Her call was quickly returned and a viewing arranged for that evening. We put an offer in there and then but the process went to best and final offers. Our offer was accepted and a second viewing arranged.
Through out the process we were kept well informed and our questions answered in a full and prompt manner. There was a small wobble close to completion but this was down to the vendor not the agent.

We sold our house recently with the services of Fine & Country estate agent.
I can’t express our thanks enough for the exemplary work Andrea and David and the rest of the team did in getting us to the finish line. Always one step ahead, very proactive. The best selling (or buying) experience we have had in our many years of property ownership. So glad we chose them.
