Unfortunately I can't rate them with 0-stars...
This is a follow-up from my previous review. Placed order on April 14 and contacted them several times, but still no response...no shipment...no tracking number...No Refund!!! So frustrating that a site like this exists. In my opinion totally fraudulent! DO NOT ORDER from them!

I want to correct my previous post that they are a scam, that is not correct. drogeriedepot.de can be trusted.
Negative points are communication and long delivery time.
My order did arrive complete and correct. Thank you!

I placed order on Jan 24th and paid via iDEAL. It has been over 2 months. Customer service is a hit and miss; one time they do respond, the other time they don't. On March 22nd, customer service admitted an "internal error" and promised immediate shipping. Since then, they have ignored my follow-up emails and provided no tracking number. I am extremely disappointed in this business. I am now issuing a final deadline for delivery or demand a full refund.

Ordered 4 bottles of laundry detergant.
3 arrived and 1 was broken.
I have been emailing them for 3 weeks and am not getting any reactions.
Probably they are not out to scam you but the customer service sure is bad.

They are common thieves! I paid €64.29 for hair dye, but I didn't receive anything! They don't even respond to messages! They blocked my account and I can't log in! Thieves! Give me my money back! I don't want any more orders! You scumbags!

Good service. I would give five stars if they would reimburse money when a shipment is incomplete. Or if they would pay interest on the money they do not return in such cases.

I ordered shampoo, on the 24th of 2026. Everything correct paid, visible in my bank account.
A few days later , i receive an e-mail to do a payment?
Already a big disappointment...

I ordered Original source body wash and there was written free delivery above 65 euro. I noticed lots of bad reviews and Klarna was not available (they have accellent client service) instead amazon was available.

Instead of a 65 euro 'suddenly' free delivery was 9 euro.

So I will cancel the order and I now know drogeriedepot.de is full of jokes.

With me such jokes work only ONE time!!

I placed a fairly large order with DrogerieDepot.de and was a bit unsure at first after reading some mixed reviews online. To be safe, I paid via PayPal in case there were any issues.

Processing took longer than the 2–3 days stated on the website, and communication was rather vague unless I followed up myself. Replies were polite but not very detailed, and I had to ask several times to get clear updates on my order status.

The parcel did arrive complete, but the packaging could have been better — the items were just loosely placed in the box without much protection. Once DHL had the shipment, delivery to the Netherlands was quick and without any issues.

In the end, it turned out to be a legitimate store, but expect slower processing times, minimal proactive communication, and basic packaging. Paying via PayPal is definitely recommended for peace of mind.

placed an order after a week no notification, every contact link on their website doesnt work, send an email did not get any respond back. Is this legit or scam? my order is already paid.

I did order at 1/10/2025 and paid with paypal, because i did not receive any information i did send an email at 6/10/2025 and because i did not receive any feedback i posted this. I checked my email inbox and junk email did not receive anything yet. When i will receive any email/products i can update this post and review. Till then im still waitingon email and/or products

The .nl site has some layout- and content errors and it looks like an unfinished, fake copy of the German site, so I was not sure if it's a scam or not, but I received my order.
Everything is ok, good prices and products.

I ordered my clearasil thru this site and it has delivered after almost 2 weeks. If its faster than 2 weeks ill give you a 5 star. Nonetheless, this drogerie online IS NOT A SCAM like i read some from other comments. My clearasil of 12 pcs arrived orderly! Thank you!

I placed the order for the first, and trust me the last time with this company. I have never witnessed this level of incapability/lack of communication and basically theft!!!!

My order number was 1465007, i have ordered few items and i was chasing them for few weeks and still the order was not sent. In the end i wanted to cancel and get a refund as it was said it is an option. They confirmed my order was cancelled. I request a refund - nothing.
Suddenly, they send an email that the package was sent. I once again email them that i dont want that and that i cancelled.

They ignore. Finally the package arrives today and inside are only 2 out of 8 things i ordered.

Money not returned, items not received and basically they stole money.

I have sent them one last email and if the refund is not processed i will proceed to send this to the consumer protection authorities.

HORRIBLE WEBSITE - MY ORDER ISN'T PROCESSED! I opened an account and it wasnt possible to pay with paypal anymore for some reason. So I selected prepaid and sent the money to their account. My order status wasn’t changing for couple of days and now when I got in, my order is not even visible anymore. No one also answered from the Customer Support! Stay away from the website! I will try to take my money back somehow but really don’t know how.

They also haven’t provided any invoice of course since it was prepaid.

Update: I did receive my money back from them, they sent it back to me.

Answer to their reply below: I said the system WASN"T ALLOWING ME TO PAY VIA PAYPAL, I am not saying I pre-paid via paypal. Please read what is written correctly. My order number was 066432 and when I reached out to you, your Customer Support couldn't even find it. This kind of ancient websites that doesn't even have the most basic functionality of generating an order number shouldn't exist, and that's why I am putting my comment here.

Since you refunded my money back, I am updating the title, but instead of getting angry to unhappy customers, maybe you could start investing on your system, make your platform better and people wouldn't think your website is a scam!

All products on the website are advertised as available for delivery within 24 hours. I placed my order on July 22 and so far have received nothing (as of July 28). I never received an order confirmation or a tracking number, and there’s no phone number for customer service. After doing some research, I suspect it’s a fake shop, as many customers either never received their items or got them with significant delays. Since customer service is unreachable, I consider the shop to be a scam and requested a full refund through PayPal. My screenshot clearly shows the promise of 24-hour delivery. I also found numerous complaints on consumer websites and even reports of people filing police reports for fraud. PayPal promptly refunded me the full amount without any issues.

Alle Produkte auf der Website werden als innerhalb von 24 Stunden lieferbar beworben. Ich habe am 22. Juli bestellt und bisher nichts erhalten. (July 28) Ich habe weder eine Bestellbestätigung noch eine Sendungsnummer erhalten, und es gibt keine Telefonnummer für den Kundenservice. Nach Recherche vermute ich, dass es sich um einen Fake-Shop handelt, da viele Kunden entweder gar keine oder erst stark verspätete Lieferungen erhalten haben. Da der Kundenservice nicht erreichbar ist, halte ich den Shop für Betrug und forderte eine vollständige Rückerstattung von Paypal. Mein Screenshot zeigt deutlich die Zusage der 24-Stunden-Lieferung. Außerdem fand ich viele Beschwerden auf Verbraucher-Websites und sogar Leute die Anzeigen bei der Polizei wegen Betrugs erstattet haben: Anstandslos hat Paypal mir den vollen Betrag erstattet.

This company is fraudulent.
Sadly, the reviews on Trustpilot are not trustworthy anymore: I have the impression that these fraudulent businesses have started to write fraudulent positive reviews on Trustpilot itself! That is a treat for people looking for genuine buyer-experiences. One rule of thumb is: always check the negative reviews! If more than 10% of the reviews are super negative, and almost all others have 5 stars and almost no in-between: don't trust it. This way these companies try to heighten the overall trust-score.
The same for this company. Lost 25 bucks on an item that hasn't been shipped with a delivery date that has progressed over one month now, and no way to contact DrogerieDepot.de, no confirmation email, no access to my account with a the temporary password I received after I ordered.
I'm not the only one here that hasn't received their goods and lost their money.

Ordered on 03.01.2025, my order was finally delivered on 28.02.2025—two days after opening a PayPal case, which was fully refunded. Wanting to resolve the matter fairly, I accepted the delivery and repaid via bank transfer. Despite providing proof of payment multiple times, I continue to receive requests for payment, with no resolution. Customer support remains unresponsive, and the listed phone number is disconnected. I’m sharing this review in hopes of bringing this matter to a close.
Update after Drogerie response: Automatic emails of "do not reply" are not an answer. Anyway, after more than a month, my payment was finally confirmed. Thank you.

I placed on order on the 24th January 2025 and still nothing and no communication either. I think this is one of those dodgy companies. Don't waste your time. They advertise great products but no delivery and no communication.

Made an order on 22.01, package was sent with DHL which decided that they won't deliver it and on 31.01 just filled in "The recipient has moved to an unknown location. The shipment will be returned to the sender.", which is obviously not true. After an attempt to solve the problem with customer support, the website returns "Your IP has been blocked" as soon as I try to send the message via form.

They are not sending the package that I have ordered for a month now. I would like to get my money back, but FOR SOME REASON their contact page is not working, so I literally can't even write to them. It's just a complete ripoff and scam.
