Damaged box

Damaged box. Looked like someone stomped on the box. No brown box wrapping. I hope the product is decent. It looks like it was just throw in the box, no real organization.

No flavor, coffee taste like instant coffee crystals

Used to love their chocolate coconut dream, then they changed it and it has no flavor. Gave them a second chance, took over 4 times to get customer service on the phone for weeks. Returned our crazy cups for different flavors..took weeks to get them and same problem...ALL of the flavors taste like instant coffee crystals. I'm not kidding! I'm done with crazy cups.

Promises but no action - out nearly $100

I have been ordering coffee from them for several years. However, on Feb 23rd my subscription order was supposedly filled and my credit card charged. It is now March 20th and no coffee. I complained beginning of March and was finally sent a note on March 14th that a replacement will be sent. Still no coffee. Each time I click on the Fedex site to trace order - it says label has been created and waiting for package to be received. I complained again. Now on Mar 17th I get an Email with a USPS number but again when I click to trace - the same type of message - label created waiting package. I have since canceled my subscription and will be filing complaint with credit card company.

coffee is just a little over average, crappy customer service

coffee is just a little over average, good, but not great. customer service is non-existent no one answers the phone, no one reply's to the chat feature, why is it there????? i have ordered 3 times from this company, first shipment got lost, the second shipment arrived late and packaging was damaged badly but luckily product was ok, and the straw that broke the camels back was a shipment that was cancelled due to low stock, i dont understand how such shabbily run company stays in business. if i was a betting man i would wager that they will be gone before too long, avoid these clowns at all costs. i seldom if ever wish to see a company FAIL, but not this time

NO TASTE LATELY

I have been ordering from them for at least 3 years, The last 3 orders I have had to contact them because there is no Choc Glazed Donut taste in the coffee anymore, They have sent out replacement coffee 3 times and still not flavor, I spoke with customer service gave them the code dates and they keep sending me the same code date with no taste. I asked if they wanted be to send them a few k-cups back to test and she said no. I asked if they tested the product in the warehouse for flavor and she said no, so they sent me the same unflavored coffee for the 3rd time. Now they are totally ghosting me. I was a long time customer, key word was and by customer I mean 88 pods every 3 weeks.

Very bad company

The day I ordered from the Crazy Cups Company, they took my money from my debit card with the expectation shipping would occur within 24 HOURS of payment. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and shipping has not yet occurred. Because I paid with a debit card, my bank will not refund me. Please please please read reviews here (not the company's website) before purchasing. The company does not inform you of shipping delays. No communication at all. They do not issue refunds. They take your money and run.

Is no stars an option? Customer service is non-existant. Ordered a subscription box as a gift. The first month box arrived damaged. The second and third never shipped. Do not do business with this "company."

I ordered two boxes on January 12th and UPDATE

Update: I was contacted by the Customer Service department who arranged to send my FULL order to me, including the portion I did receive. It arrived today (February 17th). I have contacted them to thank them for their attention to this problem.

I ordered two boxes on January 12th. When two weeks passed with no coffee I emailed. Was told that FedEx had picked it up and then lost the order. I requested a replacement of the two boxes. One arrived but was opened. Second one has NOT arrived. No response to my email inquiries. Will not be buying from them again!

I placed an order today Feb 4 2026. I bought through Crazy Cups Directly. I cashed in 1,000 of my points cuz they keep sending me emails I got FREE coffee. so I bought . well it did NOT give me FREE coffee, and charged me FULL price for my order. I have called them. 2x today Feb 5 and they do NOT get back with you although they say they will or do. this is NOT the first time they have SCAMMED me out of my points and free coffee. the only reason I bought again from them is to give them a second chance but I am so done with a crooked company. I have called 2x sent them 2-3 emails they6 do NOT respond. really bad buisness practice. has anyone else had issues like this? I would like to know.

Good coffee but horrible customer service

Good coffee. Lousy customer service... do not buy from the company directly. They messed up my first order and still have not replied to multiple emails and chats to refund the coffee that they did not send. Flavor of coffee is good but I won't buy it anymore. Going to coffee companies that care about their customers and customer service.

Scam artists

Scam artists. Purchased 4 bags of coffee and they only sent 2, claiming 4 bags were shipped. They do not respond, Had to file fraud claim with CC.
Avoid these thieves.

I've purchased from this company many…

I've purchased from this company many times. I never had to contact customer service. If I had i never would have been a repeat customer. 2 differnt times they supposedly sent out the replacement order. Customer service never answered the phone,the auto robot was useless. Only to be told they where closing at 1pm after being on hold for over 2 hours. Received 1 word answers. I ended up putting it as a fraudulent charge. Never again.

Coffees are fine. Customer service is not. Refused a return after they held up an order and didn't get it to me when promised. They offer nothing I cant get elsewhere with better prices and service.

So I placed an order on Nov 28….. still waiting on this 6th day of Jan. Had ONE email response on Dec 18th explaining that Fed Ex would update me. HOWEVER…. Fed Ex tracking is showing they have not even received the pkg yet. CRAZY and VERY Frustrating!!!! Placed my order through Shop.. hoping I can get some help because no refund or replacement product sent yet. I would not purchase from them due to the frustration involved. It’s just completely unacceptable as I’ve sent multiple emails over the past two weeks and tried to call every single day , no response.

Don't do business with Crazy Cups!!

This is my second bad experience! First one was immediately after ordering, it was cancelled because it was out of stock. This time I waited for several weeks and checked again on the status of the order. The "Shop" tracking app indicated it was delivered, but it hadn't been received. Contacted them to find out what the order's status. Got 2 emails in response... the first was stating that the order was canceled due to "no inventory." The second, literally dated and timed at one minute after the cancelation notice, I got an email from customer service saying that "Shop" was wrong and my order was canceled. Will never do business with them again.

I would give them no stars if allowed

I would give them no stars if allowed. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered December 7th. Still waiting. No tracking info, no answer at customer service, chat says greater than 15 minute wait everytime I try. They were quick to deduct money from account. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

New update/Do NOT order from Crazy Cups

Update: I finally got through to them and my order was delivered right before Christmas i was thankful to get it in time but it still took way too long and got me nervous it wouldnt get here for someone’s gift. There was one small mistake where they gave me decaf instead of regular and i wrote them amd they did respond back quickly and sent out the correct one so i wanted to give this update to be fair.

I placed an order December 5 for a Christmas gift leaving plenty of time. They did not even fulfill the order until December 17, even with me contacting them several times and then I got a tracking number for UPS but still today UPS (December 22nd) has not received the package so there is no delivery date and it’s almost definitely not going to be here in time for Christmas. Their customer service for the most part is terrible. They ignore chats, emails and will not pick up the phone. I will not be ordering from crazy cups again as it’s very unprofessional and should not take 20 or more days to send an order, and they literally are the next town over from me.
