The only disappointment was the colour of the jacket I bought - it was more of a salmon colour and not as pink as shown online. But otherwise everything was fine.

Excellent service as usual
Easy to order and speedy delivery. Very happy with my cardigans but sent the dress back as the colours looked old and faded out rather than the pastels in the photo (hence 4-star). Otherwise the usual excellent service and easy to return my item via my local CT shop at Seaham.

when i received confirmation that my order had been delivered to my chosen store i expected the complete order to be there but when i traveled to pick up my order it was incomplete even though both items were in stock when i ordered them
I live a half hour drive from the store and to do it twice was an inconvenience but this was not the fault of the store

Ordered multiple items. But on arrival 1 was missing, after a shirt phone call all was sorted. Very nice customer service. Not often available these days. All items now arrived fit great and the best quality as expected.
